Awful place to shop for a used car. Befor u can test drive the car they want a downpayment first.. Awful service.. Very Awful place. Do not shop for a used car.

Total bait and switch, their business practices are just awful and they will not work with you. Customer service was trash and will never go there again beware !!!!!

Do not use this dealership very unprofessional predatory lending lighter customers will not do the right thing if you buy a warranty from them and you sell the car they will not refund the portion of the extended warranty that you are old they lie lie and lie do not deal with this dealership there are not good

I needed another car after mine was hit. I always read reviews before dealing with any company. For those of you who posted your experiences, I am forever grateful.

I was in the market for a used camry and was tempted to go check this place out but I stop my self after reading all of these horrible reviews. I dont need people like this in my life... BLOODSUCKERS

They are a complete lie. The price the adverse aren’t the actual price of the car. This should be ilegal

We saw the ad for the SUV on cars.com. We sat in the trailer for hours waiting our time to see the 'finance people'. The internet price is valid only for customers using ABC Auto Traders' financing. $1995.00 is added to the car's price if the customers have their own financing. The extra fees and warranties are crazy. I wanted the SUV, but the extra charges and interest rate were a bad deal. The BBB should investigate this business.

Arrived at ABC Autotrader and had to wait for 20 min for someone to acknowledge me. Was immediately told by the sales person that the price on the internet was not the price I was going to pay. Was also told that the dealership frowned on cash offers and using your own financing. All customers had to go through the dealerships bank. I asked to test drive a car and was informed that I had to complete an application and have my credit pulled to test drive a car. When I refused to allow my credit to be pulled for a test drive I was told that there was nothing they could do for me. Car was loaded with an astonishing amount of backend fees. I was contacted by a rep who had no idea of the practices of the dealership, but offered no solution. My advice is to stay far away from this dealership.

Advertised price was 59k. I get there and tell them that I want to pay cash, he comes back and says that the cash price is 85K. He also told me that they list prices to get people to come in. I couldn’t believe it. Visited on 4/5/21
