Absolutely abysmal professionalism.

Absolutely abysmal professionalism. The tower manager was completely rude and unhelpful. We attempted to buy a car from this dealership and were fed lies. We were put through all paperwork, paid a down payment, and were told our loan was secured and they sent us out with the keys. Two weeks go by and we are suddenly informed we do not have the loan and must bring the car back. When we did they charged us nearly a grand for miles we put on the car. Even though the entire situation was entirely their fault and a mileage fee was NOT ANYWHERE in the contract. I then called to express frustration and mediate the issue. The tower manager doubled down saying they shouldn’t have given me any money back and that it was our fault. I was also told that the time we had the car was precious time they could have been trying to sell it. The finance manager Ossman also completely ignored my email prior to their request to return the truck. I will be consulting with my attorney as they are unwilling to admit fault and I have proof in the contract of the unlawfulness of their “fee”.

All staff we encountered were friendly and attentive.

All staff we encountered were friendly and attentive. It seems their genuine goal is to have customers leave happy with zero regrets. During the purchase process I never once felt pressured or rushed by Francisco our salesman even though we arrived on Sunday when they close early. Finance was fast and friendly and also did not push any extra coverage. I had to return the next day because the Osman in the finance department got me an even better deal! When I was there I brought up a few things I had noticed needed some attention and Rafi the sales manager was quick to help. They are all amazing. I will definitely come back here when thinking of a next purchase.
