Firstly, Im bothered that my renewed service contract

Firstly, Im bothered that my renewed service contract from you guys is hard to find. Secondly, the service advisor made it sound like my service contract would cover the control arms and etc, on the phone. I made an appointment, bring it in, only to find out it's not covered and will cost me 2.2k and had to pay $190 for labor.

It was good, the lounge is very uncomfortable and the TV

It was good, the lounge is very uncomfortable and the TV is sooo loud for waiting. They did get my car right in after I located someone to help me. It is kind of hard to get someone to pay attention to me to start that service.

I’ve bought several cars in my life as I have my own

I’ve bought several cars in my life as I have my own business and this was by far my worst experience in a dealer ship I would strongly recommend to go anywhere else but here , and I still plan on buying more cars as my business expands but never again would consider going here learned my lesson
