Thanks To Jonas Diaz

I was given the job of doing the leg work before my husband agreed to come along. So, I was alone when I walked into the Shuman dealership. I went past four salesmen, standing and talking to each other and another sitting at his desk. I wasn't even acknowledged! I wandered, read stickers, and generally stopped at each car. It wasn't until I got around the corner and was looking at the Renegade that I wanted that I heard , "May I help you?" When I turned around, there was this young man, on the phone, smiling at me. He was obviously leaving a message on someone's voicemail as he held up the "Just a moment finger..." to me. He hung up and greeted me with a handshake. He listened to me and found the car I wanted. He may be young, and fairly new, and a tad inexperienced, but HE is the reason I didn't walk out of Shuman's to another dealer.

I am very sorry a member of our team did not greet you as soon as you came into the showroom, we are typically very attentive to customers in our showroom. Not long ago we completed a large addition to our service department, part of this project was to move our service department customer lounge to the new car showroom. This move has caused some confusion on the showroom as our salespeople are sometimes mistaking sales customers for customers waiting for their car to be serviced. No Pressure

Decided to buy a used car this time meeting certain criteria , James Lange was spot on and very knowledgeable. Was very helpful with test drives and advice. Steve Smith worked in a deal for a tow hitch installed at no charge with purchase of Jeep Cherokee. Mike Weinstein in Service made sure this happened... Good Job

Snazzy New(er) Vehicle For My Wife

Jordan Dixon was very polite, patient, and professional throughout the whole experience, and made the buying process a pleasurable one. My wife and I are very grateful to Shuman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and their staff for helping us find the very vehicle that my wife wanted, which was very important to us. My wife's vehicle had been totaled earlier in the year which was a tragic loss for her as it was the first new vehicle she had ever owned, and the acquisition of her Mango Tango Orange 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk has helped to ease her loss. Lastly my wife especially liked the salesperson Jordan Dixon because of his red hair (sorry Jordan, she wanted to make sure that I mentioned that in the review).

Nice and Easy

My wife and I met with Gary Cooper and agreed to purchase our new Chrysler Pacifica within about an hour. The process went smoothly and the price seemed right; no feeling of a need to shop around with other dealerships.

Incredible customer service...

Mike Weinstein and his technician, Chris O. did an amazing job of servicing our Pacifica and getting it back on the road much quicker than I anticipated. Mike also made sure that I had a Pacifica as a loaner during the duration when I informed him that my family was planning on taking a trip to Saugatuck for the upcoming weekend. This dealership and service department are top-notch, and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. From start to finish, my experiences have all been fantastic. I actually drive further away from my nearest dealership because of how great they are. Thanks, Shuman!

Great Experience

My sales man Mike Yezak and GM Chris Brough were excellent, from leasing me a car to explaining all of my options and all of the features of the van. The Pacifica is a beautiful vehicle and handles the road very well.

Recall Repair

Brought my Jeep in for a recall. Checked in by Mike Weinstein was quick, friendly and efficient. I was told it would take about 45. Was pleasantly surprised when Pat J my service Tech brought my car back in less than 1/2 an hour.
