I have taken my vehicles for regular maintenance and repairs for several years. The staff has always been helpful in explaining any issues. During a recent series of visits for AC repair, my service advisor, Mike Weinstein, went out of his way to make sure I had a vehicle to use and explain what was needed for the repairs. The entire service dept goes out of their way to make sure I'm a satisfied customer. I will continue to have my vehicles serviced at Shuman and look forward to my next purchase based on the reputation of the service folks.
