Service was Excellent!

I purchased a new Jeep Wrangler and traded my old one in and wanted my after market tires and rims put on the new Wrangler. The service department swapped everything for me and when they didn't have the correct parts they went out and found them for me so they could finish the job. All the employees couldn't have been nicer and I was very appreciative!

Terrific buying experience!

Allen was terrific to work with. He was extremely responsive and very helpful working with me to evaluate a couple of options I was considering with no pressure. Very enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend him!

Great Experience

I have been going to Shuman for years now and always work with Mike Yezak. He is personable and a great salesman! I am now on my third Jeep Wrangler and will go back to Mike for any vehicles we need in the future.

Unusual electrical issue.

The service adviser, Tim Ferrin, and the tech, Erik K did a great job on my Pacifica and kept me advised. Active noise cancellation module not functioning correctly.
