Quick Service Assistance
I was headed out on a trip to the UP in the next couple hours when I noticed a fog light out. I thought I would stop by my dealer who had helped me out with service previously. My service tech, Aston, had me pull the truck in and took a quick look. Little embarrassed, cable was disconnected which is something I think I should have noticed but missed. He got it fixed right away, and wished me safe travels. I'm so thankful these days for such good service and good people. Recommend Shuman to anyone.

"2020 Jeep Compass Trailhawk 4x4"
I just came in a few days ago to return my 2018 Jeep Compass Limited to get the new 2020 Jeep Compass Trailhawk. The salesman I talked to was Jeremiah McKeever! He was an extremely friendly and funny person, and helped me through the process and made sure I got the car that I exactly wanted with all the features I chose and with a very reasonable price range and on time as promised. We have been dealing with Chrysler for more than 6 years and I am proud to be a customer of Shuman!

Great overall Experience on a New Ram Truck
