DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALER - They sold me a used MAZDA CX-5 and the bill of sale stated they had replaced the tires, did a full service and inspection on the vehicle. Nothing was done. I don't think they even looked at the vehicle before the sale expect to spray amor all over the interior. They tried to pass it all off on me as an unsuspecting buyer. Total fraud in my opinion. What a waste of time.

Very poor service I would consider going elsewhere

I made an appointment to take my 2021 Ram in for lifetime oil change I purchased when I bought my truck. I purchased my Ram at a dealership in Springfield Ore. On the 13th of October my appointment date I took my truck to get an oil change. I bought the life time oil change with synthetic oil. When I droped it off at bthe service advisor I told him it was to have synthetic oil put in. He advised me he new he had the order in his hand. The appointment ran a little long but that was no big deal. Took about 3 hours, called to service desk signed my ticket. There was a problem with some sort of oil leak, not real bad but still needed it looked at. When I got home my wife told me it was still leaking I looked at my service ticket but no mention of any leaks. When looking at my service ticket it said that they had put conventional oil in the crankcase. I had to call a few times to get ahold of any service team member with no luck, no call backs waht so ever. I finally called the sales department and spoke to the receptionist. After explaining my problem and asking her for the service manager I was connected with a lady who identified as his assistant. I told her my problem, she got some one in the service department to call me. I was told to bring my truck in the next morning to drain and put synthetic oil in. That took place but still no sign any checking for the oil leak. My truck had less than 7000 miles at that time. Since then I have placed 2 calls to the service department and left 2 differnt messages for a call for a problem. I have not had anyone reach out to me to check what the problem was. This indiates to me the service pople are just going through the motions. Nothing more nothing less. To this date still no word from Bell Toyota regarding this problm!!!

Dealer response

Hi, thanks for highlighting some of our staff who helped make this such a great experience. Feel free to reach out to us if you need anything. Have a wonderful day.

Mickey was outstanding and helpful

My husband and I were extremely happy working with Micalyn Parry "Mickey" who was our salesperson at Bell Road Toyota. She was awesome and extremely courteous in helping us make our decision in buying a new 2022 Toyota Highlander even though we were not planning to buy a SUV. She was very informative, knowledgeable and gave us a good deal on our trade in vehicle. She promptly answered all our questions patiently and stayed beyond her work hours and made sure that we had everything taken care of before we left the dealership. Thank you Mickey and all other team members. Overall we had a good experience and are happy about our new purchase.

I went into this dealership hoping to change my opinion

I went into this dealership hoping to change my opinion of Bell Road Toyota. Unfortunately, the pure incompetence of the workers here leaves me sadly disappointed. My salesperson was Brian ok at best. He had no knowledge of the car I was looking at, granted it wasn’t a Toyota. After we came to terms on the deal, he was "out sick" for the following 3 days. During this time, I couldn’t get a hold of anyone at the dealership. Next, T.K. the sales manager, he’s flat out rude. I don’t know if he likes his job, but he definitely shouldn’t be in the customer service industry. He wanted nothing to do with negotiation when it came to the $3k for recon services and $1050 for gap insurance. Got very defensive when I asked for reasonable price on these. Next is Carlos, he is the "closer". He was ok, probably the best part of my experience was Carlos, but he is still impossible to get a hold of once it didn’t matter to his paycheck. Mohammad is next, he is the finance manager. They approved me at 6% originally and had my payment at $1080. This sounded good and I decided to accept and sign the contract. I was offered several aftermarket warranties well over the market price. Once I declined all these warranties, you could tell Mohammad was upset. I left the dealership and was waiting for them to allow me to drop off my trade in. During this time, they told me the interest rate changed and my new payment would be $1300. Obviously, they weren’t making money on the warranties anymore and tried to cook it into my interest rate instead. The is pure criminal. Absolutely horrible customer service. There are several other Toyota dealerships in the valley that will help you MUCH better. LASTLY, Daniel, the phone guy. Every time I called to try to find out what was happening to my deal, Daniel, the phone guy, would answer. He clearly hates his job or his life, not sure why. But flat out rude. Not even maybe I’m being a Karen rude, no RUDE RUDE. He would just hang up the call randomly when I was asking questions. He should be unemployed!!!

ATTN: Please feel free to write a review and complaint if YOU feel Bell Road Toyota or any other dealership misled YOU in any way. On 10/16/2022, I came across a 2018 Tundra SR5 advertised for $36,990.00. Now, Price does not include dealer installed accessories, tax, title, license, or $529 dealer doc fee. Instead of disclosing the actual amount for the additional fees. Bell Road Toyota charged an extra $3,245.18 onto the sale price. The dealership failed to display this information on the sticker price, which was not on the truck at the time of the sale. In addition, I was led to believe there was no charge for a AVAS device already installed, which was $895, totaling an extra $4,140.18 onto the total price, bring the sticker price to $40,235.19. I felt they misled me by not disclosing the full amount until we were signing the purchase order. I admit fault for not catching this at the time of signing, maybe, it was do to the fact the Finance Department had me wait 25 extra mins in their office while being called off to do something else. I hope this was not a new sales tactic. I respectfully asking Bell Road Toyota to reevaluate how they display pricing online and not mislead customer's into believing there are paying under the vehicle's value. 2nd, to issued money back for the $4,140.18, which I felt they double charged. In addition, Bell Road Toyota’s Finance department dodges voice mails, which I have left 3 since 10/17/2022.

Consumer response

As of 10/29/2022, still no resolution. 10/20/2022, I presented my case to Carlos Ayon (Sales Consultant) in person, and in the lobby. At the time, to be fair I asked for $2,000 refund. I was advised he will contact his manager for further review.. ((( NO RESPONSE)).. 10/26/2022, I made a follow up call to Carlos' cell (left message).. ((NO RESPONSE))... 10/27/2022, 2nd follow up call to Carlos. He advised he has been out of the office, but should be in later today. Carlos did not seem to remember this situation, however, he will follow up with his manager ((NO RESPONSE))... 10/28/2022, 3rd follow up call to Carlos's office number (left message). (( NO RESPONSE ))... I feel this tactic to dodge customer's concerns makes me think I have provided information to prove there is a gap in their sales process, which misleads information (not miscommunicate). With the lack of follow up from Carlos or anyone else within the organization (manager), I am not seeking a full refund of $4,140.18, which is the difference of the misleading advertising price. I have given BELL ROAD a chance to make things right. I have been patient and fair.

Warning: SCAM!

Bell Road Toyota engages in business with known con-artists. You cannot trust the quality of the parts purchased there, which makes me doubt how trustworthy their sales tactics are as well.
