It started with Luc Dam who sold me the car, the Finance Mgr Abood, then my Mercedes Servive Mgr Chris Boyd, then the Parts Mgr and even the gift shop store staff everyone has been professional, helpful, timely, friendly and quality oriented with a sense of urgency.
