I purchased a new VW Tiguan and was very impressed with the overall experience at Autohaus. Ahmad Zeid and Lucas Dam were very helpful in the overall process, and presented clearly all the details around the car, the VW incentives, the best financing terms, as well as any other questions I had. And they weren't even phased with my kids running around the dealership for 3 hours! They have followed-up with me on a couple of occasions to thank me for the purchase, and also to schedule a session around using all of the technology in the car. The level of service has been outstanding, and they do make you, the customer, feel very important. I will certainly consider Autohaus again next time I'm buying a car.
