Very accommodating, inviting and personable staff. Jeff and Nikita were great! Very patient and understanding. Was not impressed with the finance individual as it seemed as though he was in a rush, expected us to just sign what he told us to without reading any of the papers and truly did not explain to us what we were signing. I did express that I did not understand a few things but my concern was ignored and it was apparent that he did not want to spend more than the minimum time needed to sign all the papers and get us out. Would not go back to that individual but do recommend Jeff & Nikita and all the others that made my buying experience extremely easy! Thank you!

I had my 2013 Audi A4 serviced and purchased a 2018 Audi Q3. I met with Justin Fravell who was quite friendly and knowledgeable about the Q3. He explained all standard and package options that were on the vehicle, and I took it for a test drive. Done business here for multiple years and have always had courteous service. Never have had to wait to get car in and have been given loaner car so I could be on my way.

Had several problems with their service in the past. Poor workmanship and not very thorough. Had to take my car to a different shop to get my car fixed. Autohaus hasn't improved any. My car is out of warranty. I have a manufacture defect with my car headliner cut to short/ shrank/ glue has failed. Common problem. Stopped in to see service manager. For some help with contacting VW. Manager told we will not contact VW on your behalf with this issue. You are on your own. I will not be buying a new car from them in the future.

I brought my Porsche in for service and met Nathan with sales. My experience was pleasurable and found the staff to be professional. Nathan was able to accommodate my vehicle interests and I now have a new Porsche Boxster S.

I had spent an incredible amount of money servicing my Cayenne with Autohaus. But the issue is, it never stops. They have put me in unsafe conditions by not tightening wheel, to not looking at issues fully, it's a long list.... It's all about money with them. Unfortunately they are only Porsche, Audi dealer in this region. So I'm stuck.
