Excellent sales folks.

Excellent sales folks. Our Sales Professional, Rebecca Stonbraker, listened to our needs in a new truck and found exactly what we were looking to buy. She was excellent to work with. We would most definitely work with her again and recommend her to friends/family. We found the manager to be be very pleasant as well as Todd the finance person. We received a very good price on trade-in and great deal on new truck pricing

I took my 2006 Chevy Tahoe in for service I had an issue

I took my 2006 Chevy Tahoe in for service I had an issue with the EMS system. My service consultant was Daniel Gibson. Daniel done an excellent job help me out over our turmoil getting the parts in and getting my vehicle fixed but overall, Daniel was an excellent service representative. I highly recommend calling Daniel if you need service he is easy to work with and great person to have on your side again great customer service from Daniel Gibson thank you Jeff Turnbill

Staff is very pleasant and professional.

Staff is very pleasant and professional. My service needs have been resolved very quickly.. Ben Brooks explained to me all repairs, it was a leak pouring water through the hatch. The Leak Tech did an excellent job waterproofing the vehicle after replacing seal, cleaning drain holes, realigning hatch, and drying out vehicle. Ben had car completely cleaned out to eliminate mold growth.

I always have my car serviced at Jim Hudson Chevrolet and I would not go anywhere else. Kenneth Moore is an excellent service advisor. Kenneth is friendly and professional. He explains everything in detail so I can understand it. The service on my car is always completed in a timely manner and returned to me clean and ready to go. It's obvious the technicians are well trained. I appreciate the value that Jim Hudson places on providing excellent customer service !!

Paris White made this buying experience probably the best

Paris White made this buying experience probably the best we've ever had when purchasing a new car. He got the vehicle we wanted on the lot before the day was over, and even sold us a second vehicle we had been wanting. I took my vehicle into haves some accessories installed

I took my vehicle into haves some accessories installed that I ordered online from the parts department and had paid for installation in advance. I normally do the work myself, but wanted the professionals handle it this time. As always, they did an excellent job. As long as I am in the area, I will continue to bring my vehicle to Jim Hudson for all my service needs.

I took my car in to have a wheel alignment.

I took my car in to have a wheel alignment. Ben Brooks was my advisor and was very courteous and professional. The technician, Brent, did the work and the results were perfect, the car drives super straight now. I’m very happy with the work and the prices are reasonable. This is one of the few Chevrolet dealerships in the state that does not add an astronomical markup to parts and labor.
