Nate was excellent. I called him from Fort Washington MD to purchase a prius. I could not find one on the east coast. He stated that if purchased it they could hold it for me. I flew in to Oregon and Nate even picked me up at the airport and bought me lunch since I was starving after the long trip. We got to the dealership and the paperwork went smoothly. Nate took pictures of me in my new car and that was it. I drove off and met the transport company to have it shipped back to Maryland. Then back to the airport for my return flight. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you Nate and the Toyota Gladstone family for making it a excellent car buying experience.
