I had been looking for a specific color Tacoma for about 9 months when I finally found one at Acton. I braced myself for being bombarded and pressured by salesmen just wanting to make a sale and not listening to what I had to say. When I met Mike I knew immediately he wasn't like most salesmen. He let me test drive the truck by myself without him there (which surprised me). He had just met me, yet he trusted me enough to just get in and go. I actually loved this because I could focus on how the truck ran instead of being nervous and distracted from a guy in the back seat. Mike was knowledgeable, honest, patient, extremely personable and over all a great guy. He made my hatred of car shopping and yes car salesman an awesome experience. There needs to be more guys like Mike out there! So Thanks Mike for giving me back my dream truck!!!!!

Stephan was great from start to finish in the process of leasing a new Tacoma. It was really prophetic that he owns a Tacoma as well, and had particularly good insights into it. It's never like buying a loaf of bread, but I think this is as easy a process as it gets.

We had a 2012 Honda Odyssey Touring and were ready to downsize. I knew exactly what I wanted and Mike was very responsive and knowledgeable with all my questions and worked with us on our USAA certificate deal. We had to wait awhile due to the "stop sale" but once everything was set and ready to go Mike was professional yet fun and easy going. He was even able to get some "extras" thrown in for us. We are very happy with our new 2014 Toyota Avalon Touring, it is perfect for us. Mike wasn't pushy or forceful which is a welcome surprise when making such a big purchase. After doing our research, we came back to Acton Toyota of Littleton and once again had an excellent experience. Jessica was quickly was able to help us get the car we wanted at a extremely completive price. As we walked off the lot after completing the purchase, my wife and I commented to each other that this was best car buying experience we have had. We were treated quickly and fairly through the whole process.

When I called Acton Toyota looking for a Prius, I was contacting several dealerships. Steve, who works for their online sales department let me know that they had a Prius that was built as a fleet car, and the price on it was incredible. Though it didn't fall into a new range, and it was not used, it was a beautiful vehicle what was incredibly priced.

Great customer service with a very friendly and personable staff. Beautiful facility with café and fitness center for customers waiting for service. Nice incentives for military buyers.

Second purchase from this dealership. Overall, it is a good experience without feeling more stressed than needed. Low documentation fee, and I have had to do very little haggling over price both times. Only on trade ins, and that is always a sticking point no matter where you go. Mike Wegener is new, but works with you. Took a bit longer than expected, only due to being interrupted by 4 or 5 other customers coming in that day to speak with him while I was there. Overall, do your research before you go, bring it with you and I suspect that you will get a pretty good deal overall. Especially compared to other dealers we have dealt with.
