Second purchase from this dealership. Overall, it is a good experience without feeling more stressed than needed. Low documentation fee, and I have had to do very little haggling over price both times. Only on trade ins, and that is always a sticking point no matter where you go. Mike Wegener is new, but works with you. Took a bit longer than expected, only due to being interrupted by 4 or 5 other customers coming in that day to speak with him while I was there. Overall, do your research before you go, bring it with you and I suspect that you will get a pretty good deal overall. Especially compared to other dealers we have dealt with.

Great customer service with a very friendly and personable staff. Beautiful facility with café and fitness center for customers waiting for service. Nice incentives for military buyers.

Acton Toyota of Littleton used car annex

I recently purchased a 2008 Tundra from the Used Car Annex and was surprised at how low pressure the process was at this dealership. I initially called and spoke with Ray Firth regarding a few different cars in the inventory. We set up an appointment and Ray had all the three vehicles ready and waiting to be viewed. I did not test drive at that time, but came back at a later date. Again, Ray had the vehicles of my choosing ready and waiting for inspection and a test drive. After I made my decision between two different Tundras, it was a smooth purchase procedure. Ray also followed up after the sale to insure my happiness with purchase.

The Salesman we worked with was very informative and responsive, yet patient and answered any questions that we had along the way. The whole car buying experience went extremely smoothly and we would definitely recommend our sales representative as well as Acton Toyota for anyone purchasing a new vehicle.

Thanks to Mr. Steve Kiviat, everything went so quickly and smoothly. He is the best. Also, Mr. Keith Mobley, Financial Services Manager, was so nice and friendly. It was pleasure to do a business with them.

Buying a brand new car is not easy. It was very stressful...

Buying a brand new car is not easy. It was very stressful based on my buying experience at other dealerships. However, I'm glad that I chose Acton Toyota of Littleton. So thanks to Stephen for being helpful and professional in terms of willing to do everything he could to get me the deal that I wanted. I used email to communicate or negotiate the price with him. What I like the most about Stephen was that he answered my questions. He provided all the information that I needed to know before purchasing the 14 Toyota Corolla S plus. For example, he mentioned about coupons and other incentives so they can be used to low down the selling price. Overall, I am happy with my new Corolla S plus and I would recommend Stephen to anyone who's looking to buying a brand new car in the future.

Buying a car Is one of the worst things we do. Finding the right make, model, accessories, low mileage, and of course a fair price. At Acton Toyota I got all I was looking for without any pressure or any dancing around issues. I did some shopping on line to see what was available and where those vehicles were located. I bought 2 vehicles from Acton Toyota in the past and as usual they had exactly what I was looking for..Mike Wegener was my sales agent. A young knowledgable young man who was courteous and very helpful. I asked to look at several different models and took them for test rides to get the feel of each of them. This took a while but Mike was there all the time with the next car I wanted to drive, answered all the questions I had and always with a smile. This was absolutely the easiest car purchase I have made thanks to Mike's attitude and willingness to get the job done. I certainly would recommend Mike and Acton Toyota to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Steve the finance guy was the last person I saw and he culminated the deal quickly and got us on our way to becoming owners of a great used Camry. Acton Toyota is the best

I had already walked out of two other dealerships before...

I had already walked out of two other dealerships before taking my business to Acton Toyota. Okay....I'm a bit older, and I'm one of those who believe Customer Service and Operational Integrity are strong variables in the formula for good business. If you even appear to start playing games with me, I'm leaving! That having been said, my experience @ Acton Toyota was simply top notch. It is unlike any other dealership I've ever walked into: Super clean....Super orderly...and very professional. I dealt with Mike Wegener, who was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I kept waiting for the typical ploy, but that never came. Everything was above board. I got the Certified Highlander Limited I had targeted for a fair price and the deal was settled in short order. Mike even stayed a bit after his normal day's end to meet and greet me, go over the vehicle details once more, ask if I had any questions, and then hand me the keys. If you're tired of the typical, and want to treat yourself to a totally different buying experience, try theses guys.

My wife and I made our first trip to Acton Toyota...

My wife and I made our first trip to Acton Toyota (traveling from the South Shore area) on Sunday January 19th, meeting with Jessica to discuss a purchase of a new Venza. We had spoken on the phone with Tom and had gone over the type of car my wife wanted. Jess took great care and time walking my wife around, in and out of the Venza, answering all our questions with promptness, displaying very good knowledge of the vehicle and it's features. We left with a fair offer and price for the new car, having to get home that afternoon for work. Tom did a follow-up call on Monday, going over finance details and rates. We agreed on the final purchase price, signed all papers on Monday and picked up our new Venza on Thursday. (Another storm hit on Wednesday) From sales (Jess and Tom) to finanace (Steve Sousa) to management (Glen Hoffman) our interaction with the employees and the dealership was top notch. We have owned nothing but Ford products for the past 35 years. The Venza is a vehicle that best meets my wife's needs. Acton Toyota of Littleton delivered the best price, best customer service and best Toyota buying experience!
