When you visit Acton Toyota the moment you walk through...

When you visit Acton Toyota the moment you walk through the door you immediately feel like family. You are greeted immediately by a super friendly receptionist who then gets you off to a sales person that takes great car of you. The sales person knows the product inside out, easily answers any questions you have, and does not put an ounce of pressure on you to purchase the car. The prices are very fair and competitive and the service you get after the sale can't be beat. How many dealerships do you know that give you a FREE breakfast or lunch with each and every service, even if it is only an oil change. Here is a great example why I think they are the best, I brought my car in to get an estimate on trade in value, and before I left they offered me a free loaner car while I was waiting for my new car to come into the dealership. Acton Toyota did not feel my car was safe to drive so they offered my substitute transportation without being asked. They were truly looking out for my well being and concerned about my safety. I had already purchased the car so they did NOT have to take that extra step. This little example clearly shows why they are a step above all other dealerships and have the best customer service on the planet. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, friends, or family. You will not be disappointed with your experience.

We bought used Honda Civic LX-S. Car is running good, but customer service is so-so comparing to other dealerships. I've already bought 3 cars and my favorite is Central Kia/Dodge/Fiat. We were promised by manager that scratches on our alloy wheels will be fixed, but it never happened...Also, salesman promised to write and give me advise how and where to fix it...It also never happened...As we have waited for a long time to get an inspection sticker we were promised to get a free oil change....but salesman never got back to us...

We’re disappointed to read that you were not fully satisfied with your experience at our dealership. Unfortunately, this may be a case of misunderstandings as we thought we were clear that we would not be addressing the superficial scratches on the wheels. It is precisely for this reason we advised you on where to go to have them removed, just as you note in your review. Additionally, as you may recall, since you opted for new license plates we had to work with your insurance agency and Mass. registry to insure, register, plate, and inspect your vehicle. Typically, most individuals will leave and return at a later date to take delivery as this process can take some time. However, you opted to stay while we made our best efforts to expedite the process for you. We have attempted to reach out to you and offer a complimentary oil change for all the confusion. Great used car buying experience

I recently purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima from their Used Car Annex and was extremely satisfied with the entire process. Ray Firth was great to work with - I set up an appointment with him for a cold Saturday and he had the four cars I wanted to see all ready for me to test drive. After I made my decision, it was a smooth purchase procedure and I picked up a clean and shiny car on Tuesday. I had been looking at their inventory for about a month and cars move quickly so don't delay if you see one that you like! .

I was used car shopping by myself, and I am a female. The last time I did it, it was an awful experience so I was very anxious and really dreading it but I needed a replacement vehicle. I connected with Jessica Spencer online (internet sales) and from start to finish she made it a very easy, comfortable, no pressure experience. It seemed to good to be true and I kept waiting for things to go downhill - but they never did! Also working with Wes in finance was great, he also walked me through the process and explained my options with no pressure/tricks. I would highly recommend them as it was really a positive experience. I had been to other Toyota dealerships this was by far the best one. Thank you!

As a family, we have been purchasing Toyotas for 23 years! One dealership for 13 years! This is, by far, hands down, the best, easiest, most professional, easiest, did I mention easiest, experience I have EVER had buying a car. No haggling, no pressure, straight, honest talk. Everyone was responsive, professional and helpful. We will surely spread the word and be back when my husband's Tacoma with 250k truck decides to retire! My wife and I bought a 2013 Highlander from Acton Toyota....

My wife and I bought a 2013 Highlander from Acton Toyota. Most people don't look forward to walking into a auto showroom but I found Mike and Scott to be friendly and professional. My only (small) issue is that when we showed up for our appointment to take a test drive, we had to wait a little while. In fairness, it was extremely busy that day. Otherwise, I don't think the shopping experience could have been much better. After we agreed on a purchase price, they even bought my wife and kids lunch while I sat with their finance person and did the paperwork. For anyone with young children, they know how much of a blessing this can be. I'd recommend, Mike and Scott without exception. Ross Bedford, MA

I'd like to recommend Mike and Acton Toyota of Littleton to every one. We recently purchased a new vehicle here, and the experience is good. Before coming in, I did several Internet quote for the target model, Mike's response was among the most prompt, and a week later continued with new updated service deal. When we came in for the negotiation, the company's service was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed Mike's straight and prompt style. With Mike's help, we were able to get a good deal. And while the maintenance should be the same to all the dealership, we'd like to continue to visit here for the service.

We recently purchased our first (it won't be our last!) Toyota vehicle. We did our homework, knew what we wanted, and spoke with and visited several dealerships. Our experience at Acton Toyota and with Mike was great! Mike was so helpful and patient with my many questions. I never felt pressured by Mike or anyone else at Acton Toyota. I highly recommend this dealership and Mike. I've already told a number of people about my great experience at this dealership as well. Car shopping was a pleasure at Acton Toyota. Thanks Mike!
