Bought a new 2024 Ram 3500.

Bought a new 2024 Ram 3500. It has been towed more than it has driven. Castle Rock Ram could careless. Ask Todd the service manager. Quote " not his problem" to bad. Just a heads up this dealership does not give loaners vechiles. Been a life long Ram owner but after TODD and the service dept at Castle Rack Ram. Never again. Castle Rock Ram made it a point to not care. But thankfully Ram said they will stand behind there product. Do not go to Castle Rock Ram.... don't end up with a $80,000 paper weight and have to deal with TODD.

Bought a brand new Ram 3500.

Bought a brand new Ram 3500. Had several vehicle issues so had to take it in for service. The service dept at Castle Rock Dodge Ram Jeep was not a good experience. Service Dept was so unprofessional and the service advisors we straight up lazy. Being a Ram owner for years and always being treated great. This is not the case with Castle Rock Chrysler Jeep Ram. Stay away and go somewhere they value the Customer. I tired to complain to Todd and he sent me to his boss Wes's Voicemail guess what his Voice Mail was full. Says a lot right there. My Customer service advisor was Jeremy. Worst Customer Service experience possible.

I purchased a 2024 Dodge Hornet from Eric Cody and Scott

I purchased a 2024 Dodge Hornet from Eric Cody and Scott Brunelle. Words can't describe how appreciative I am of these two gentlemen. I feel as tho they went above and beyond and helped me not only get a deal done but also find something that I liked. I can't say thank you enough. I'll definitely be back in the near future to buy again. And please believe I will spread the word on about the great business that you do. Thanks again and I'll be back soon.

Please Never do business here. Extremely poor customer service after the contract was signed. Very high dealer fees, and add ons making every purchase almost $1600 more than advertised. I already felt pressured when buying, and when the delivery of the vehicle was delayed several hours I got the runaround by several different people. It was only when I threatened to unwind the deal did they actually deliver the car. Verbal understandings meant nothing. I will never buy again from this dealer, and I hope my review persuades at least one other person to buy a vehicle elsewhere.

Saturday, 10.

Saturday, 10.5.24, I purchased a new Ram 1500 from Eric Cody and Scott Brunelle. Not only did I appreciate the knowledge Eric bestowed but the camaraderie throughout all aspects of the purchase. Nobody enjoys trading in a vehicle but the fairness and conversation I had with both gentlemen was not only memorable but incredibly rare in the auto industry. To be very honest, these gentlemen, along with Mr. Dejesus in the financing department, have ensured that I will not be shopping at any other dealership.

Bad ethics from the top down Employees do not do what they say management is clueless and everything is overpriced They will hold your car for days or weeks without looking at it and they will have your parts received for months and will not notify you Take your vehicle elsewhere

Service is terrible.

Service is terrible. They don’t return phone calls. They don’t have my car ready when promised and made me wait over an hour. Had to bring car back because initial repairs weren’t completed properly. Not apparently competent at repairs, slow, poor customer service and expensive dealer prices. What less can you ask for? Wow
