This is my first time writing a review for a car purchase/lease, and I am delighted to share my experience. Eric’s insightful guidance and expertise preempted any need for me to consider other options, significantly aiding my decision-making. His service was exceptional. Although I was supposed to pick up a specific item at the dealership, Eric kindly delivered it to me, a level of after-sales service rarely seen. Thanks to Derrick Jordan and his team, including Eric Cody, I intend to lease from this dealership for all future leases, provided I continue choosing Jeep vehicles. Derrick treated us with utmost respect and ensured a seamless, positive experience while securing a favorable deal. The entire process, including the test drive and deal closure, was completed within a few hours on the first day, testament to the efficient and smooth process. When buying my 2016 Ram the process was super simple. Had the truck for a week and the alternator went out. Took it back to the dealership to get it looked at. They kept my truck for a week and still had me pay $250. And never changed the alternator. Told them to give me my truck back and I will go somewhere else to get it done. Ended up changing the alternator on my own. Got a call from the service center 2 months later saying they finally got my alternator in. I told them to kick rocks. I am paying for gap and the warranty. Tried to have them take it off because I can’t trust them. And refused to do so. Dealership I trust but don’t trust the service center.
