5 star overall experience!

5 star overall experience! I was given a lot of information about purchasing and/or leasing options that would best suit my needs. I was very specific about the options I wanted in my new car, and Nick found exactly what I was looking for. I love my new Outlander PHEV! I had TONS of questions about technology & how the plug in works versus standard hybrid. I have the best of both worlds with the plug in….Nick also responded to any calls or texts very promptly….He was professional, patient and very polite

I have had my new vehicle for 6 weeks now.

I have had my new vehicle for 6 weeks now. I was very excited they were able to help me get a new vehicle. I have not ever really been a complainer, but I signed up to spend a lot of my monthly income for years. It was a nice experience except for one thing. The car that I test drove was not the actual vehicle that I purchased. I wanted a different color than the one the salesman brought the keys out for. Which was really not a problem, same car, different color. Inside of the vehicle that I test drove (brand new) 12 miles on it, there was plastic stuck to the screen for the radio/stereo screen. I turned it on, but it was going through the setup stuff. I said, “well I don’t need to go through all of that now,” “It does have Apple CarPlay, right?”. Because the car seemed nice enough and being brand new it seemed as if would. The salesperson, Nick, said, “Oh yes, of course”. I said, “ I figured it would”. He said, “Oh yeah.” While test driving it, I explained to him that I drove ride share a lot and that the Apple CarPlay feature made it bearable, because I could barely see the maps on the phone screen. At the end of the ride, I told him that I loved the vehicle, but asked if they had it in a color that I liked better. He went and checked, and yes, they had what I wanted. I stressed again, with Apple CarPlay, right? He said, yes. We worked out all of the down payment and paperwork that they have you sign stating that they, them or the salesman promised you nothing more than the car as it was when you received it, then when I gave them the down payment, I finally got to see the car I was getting. It was perfect. I loved it. All was great until I turned on the stereo, radio, head unit and it was bare bones radio with a usb to play music off of your phone, and make/take phone calls. No Apple CapPlay, Android Auto, maps…. Nothing like that at all. I was not happy at all. I did have to grab some paperwork from the dealership a few days later and I passed Nick in the showroom. He asked how I was liking the new car. I stated, “It does not have Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, like you said. He just grinned and brushed it off. I got my paperwork and left. I have been stewing on this for weeks. I’m sure there is nothing I can do about it at this point. But it is bad business nonetheless to lie to a customer on the first day. I just received an email that said Nick setup my first maintenance visit for me in three months. I cancelled it. If I do need maintenance? It won’t be from people that lied to me to sell me something. Very disappointed. Lots of commercials. Every station in this town. …. Lied to…. Sad This was my Google review at 3 weeks also. The owner wrote a response stating they contacted management at Frank Leta and for me to reach out to them. I did, 3 times now in the last 3 weeks. Still no response from the Sales Manager Ryan. I didn’t qualify for the credit amnesty or dime down, but the can sell me a brand new car? Should have known, too many other rip offs happened in this deal to even list. Snuck in a $3000 extended warranty over and above the factory 100,000 mile 10 year / power train for life??? This place is just ripping everyone off. Everything they say in those commercials is a flat out lie. Save yourself from being robbed in paperwork. Go somewhere else.
