I have to say this was a very helpful and professional

I have to say this was a very helpful and professional experience. I was having trouble with my vehicle and I brought it in for service. I received the bad news that my engine was beyond repair and I would need a new one. This being my work vehicle, I needed a much faster solution than a new engine so I decided to buy something new. Tommy and Ryan went out of their way to find me something that would work and got me out quickly in a new vehicle. Can’t say enough good things about service and professionalism.

Extremely Disappointing

Buying a Mitsubishi in St. Louis leaves you only one choice for dealership repairs, and that’s Frank Leta. Their sole location does zero body work, and is also unable to replace tire rims. When they were unable to fix my work vehicle after hitting a pothole, the “complimentary” Mitsubishi Roadside Assistance wanted $169 to tow my car to another nearby mechanic who could and would take a look at it. Mitsubishi Customer Service suggested I tow it somewhere to have the tire fixed, then have it retowed to Mitsubishi. Frank Leta suggested a rim store 25 miles away. Calls to their Customer Service Manager are still unreturned some 24 hours later. The car itself has a history of being a bit of a maintenance headache for a 2020 vehicle. The next closest dealerships are several hours’ worth of a drive away. A lot of places I called in an effort to fix my car do not have the parts I need in stock. The wheels on my Mitsubishi are an obscure and expensive size, even though they are smaller than the average tire. My hubcaps flew off for the first time in three decades of driving, as the cars are somewhat cheaply made. There’s a bunch of new glowing reviews on Google from a variety of customers, most of whom claim to have poor credit. Their interest rates are quite high. Takes them about three hours to do an oil change.

Sold me a rigged up lemon and made me take it to another

Sold me a rigged up lemon and made me take it to another dealership (VW) where I was being charged a $210 diagnostic fee. Since I couldn't pay that and was not told any of this information upfront, I lost my vehicle. Letting Frank Leta know that i would lose my car, I spoke to someone in the service department. I was told that their service manager would consider the situation to approve covering the fee so I could keep my job. Not only could this manager NOT tell me personally, but they denied it. They sold me a lemon, lied to me, swindled me, and legitimately ruined my life. They prey on the poor and have been the single worst experience with a dealership that I've ever had. Im astonished with their 4.3 star rating because I wouldn't even give them one star if I didn't have to in order to deliver this public service announcement.

I went in for a vehicle and Carlos was my salesman (great job by the way!!!) and came out with a 2019 Chevy Trax and great warranties. He’s awesome, Preston rocks and the team there is great!! I definitely will recommend you go and see these guys for your next purchase. So I give them 5 stars!!! Thanks guys!

I purchased a new Mitsubishi on Saturday and Carlos was wonderful he got me into the vehicle and and showed me how to setup the my connect. Carlos was so great and easy to work with.
