Always pleased with Mike’s Torres level of commitment to customer satisfaction. The entire service staff is fantastic. The airport parking perk is amazingly responsive and convenient.

Robin Jones is your top performer in service.

Robin exemplifies all of the characteristics of a stellar employee. She is consistent and goes out of her to ensure you are satisfied with what has been done to remedy why you have come in for service. She keeps you updated periodically with what is going on with your vehicle and why, and when you can expect to be on your way. She is personable and professional at all times. I breathe a sigh of relief when I see that she is at work. I can count on her to get me in my way with a complete and thorough resolution to whatever brought me in for service in the first place.

Exceptional Customer Service

This was not the first time I worked with Mr. Berthiez to purchase a BMW from BMW of Sterling. His knowledge, attention to detail, and all the extra touches to make my purchase, were exactly as I expected and then some - excellent! My car and the experience of purchasing it was a pleasant experience - not many can say that about their car-buying experiences. Great service

Robert Harrell , my service advisor, always does a great job. I called him Friday with a small problem, he said come in Monday morning. He immediately had someone take care of my car and got me out as fast as possible and even washed the car

Great service !

Great job! I was expecting to spend a lot more time at the dealer, but Mike helped resolve an issue I had with my Bluetooth. We realized what I was doing wrong and I was on my way very fast. Thank you mike again. Very friendly and knowledgeable!

Good as always

Excellent service by Mr. Carlos Martell, he was fast adn efficient in helping me with my request and I did not have to wait long. The dealer also has a nice waiting area with drinks and food. Comfortable seating to wait. I will return.

Courtesy and competence

I appreciate the fact I am always met with a smile and treated as a VIP when I bring my car in for service. The technicians are quick to identify the problems or provide routine service and it gets done right on the first visit.

Accept no substitutes. Sean is my man.

I’ve owned BMWs since 1987 and in all the years of servicing my cars, I can say unequivocally that Sean has given me the best service of anyone I’ve had. He is honest, professional, courteous and doesn’t try to sell more service than you need. I trust him completely with my two BMWs.
