It is literally impossible for us to have had a better experience with our salesperson, Garreth Golden, at Infiniti of Memphis. From the first second he greeted us, he was not pushy, very professional and made the entire buying experience wonderful. AA++!!

My wife and I visited the dealership among several other dealerships with various brands looking for an suv. First of all, Seymour was one of the best customer service or sales people I have ever met in the car business. He was very informative but not pushy in any way. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and explained all of the safety features as well as the creature comforts that were built into the car. Chad Tidwell was very helpful and presented us with a fair deal on the particular vehicle we were interested in. In the end I think we both felt very comfortable with the reception and trusted the people we met at the Memphis Infinity store and as a result that is where we bought our car.

We really enjoyed our experience when purchasing our Q50. We felt like we were the guests at a 5 star hotel! The service we received was the best we have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. We will never go anywhere else! The Best!

Our buying experience at Infiniti of Memphis was great. We have been looking at new vehicles for some time now. At Infiniti of Memphis, the staff was helpful, courteous and not pushy. We didn't feel like we were being chased around the lot like most dealerships. However, they were there to answer any questions and arrange test drives for any vehicles we requested. This is my second purchase from this dealership and would work with them again in the future. Their service staff is great as well which I experienced with my last Infiniti.

I love my FX37, so a new vehicle was not on my agenda when I took my infiniti in for repair. However, the new 2017 limited QX70 caught my eye. Natasha Poluga assisted us and provided excellent customer service and provided us with answers to all our questions which resulted in my ownership of a new Infiniti!
