Great service provided by dealership in resolving the issues we were facing with our car. Infiniti of Memphis went out of their way to manage and resolve a major issue I was facing. Highly recommended.

Mr. Mitchell is very Patient, Kind and Knowledgeable. I knew what I wanted and he went to the Finance Manger Rumell and ask him to get a deal work out. Rumell, went above and beyond talking to different banks to get a good deal that would work for me. Rumell treated me like someone that he has known forever. He really cares about the customers. Once the deal was completed, I was on a traveling assignment, Mr. Mitchell call me with the good news and introduce me to the man to conceal the deal Mr. Robert Hubbard. Mr. Hubbard called and went over everything on the phone with me and overnight the paper work to me. Once I got the paperwork, he went over it while I was signing it. Then when I came home I went to the dealership to pick up my car and ALL 3 OF MY NEW FRIENDS greeted me with a HUG and said CONGRATULATION! I felt that I was in Good hands and I could call on some people that cared about me and NOT just a car sale.

Great service, great people.They seem to have the best intrest of the customer in mind. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. That is very important to me.

We would highly recommend this dealership! We bought a used car from Brian. He was very calm and professional. We did not feel pressured and he worked with us to get what we needed to make the deal. He had an appointment waiting on him while working with us but you would have never had known. Rumell in the financing department was also very helpful and explained everything very well. They treated us with respect even though we were not buying an Infiniti.

Words to describe Infiniti of Memphis and their staff are professional, upfront, courteous, responsive, considerate and friendly. They priced their car and appraised my trade via email and telephone. We had agreed on the numbers before I drove the 90 miles to their dealership. The delivery process was simple but thorough.

Great experience, friendly, professional, made sure the car was full of gas and clean prior to us driving off lot. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional and when we were walking through the dealership on our way out every employee who saw us took the time to thank us for our business.

I happen to have had an issue with my Infiniti while passing thru Memphis and since I was not near my hometown I had to go to the Memphis Infiniti dealership for service. It wasn't so bad that they charged me more for the same service than my local Infiniti dealership would have charged (I checked) and I accepted the higher price because I was at their mercy. When it came time to collect the car, they seemed to have made a mistake in their favor on the bill and when I alerted them to it, they did bring it back down to their original quote. This alone would not be the reason for rating them a two star but when leaving the dealership my engine oil light went on. Interesting to note that I had my oil changed less than 3,000 miles ago at my local Infiniti shop but since the total of the repairs for this visit was over $2,500 (for an older Infiniti model) I did request that they check all of the levels, water, oil, etc...not sure what/if they did. Look, there are always two sides to every story but I have had many cars in my life and have dealt with many dealerships and I can say that this is not how I would treat a customer in any business scenario. I have to now consider buying another car because the dependability of this vehicle is now in question and buying an Infiniti is probably not in the cards. My only hope at this time is to make it back to my house before my car dies and out $2,500 to boot....

Both the sales person and the Finance Manager were very pleasant to work with. The atmosphere at Infinity of Memphis is warm, friendly and professional. Highly Recommend.
