Castle Rock Ford

I have used Groove Ford on Arapahoe Rd thinking they were my best option. Wrong! Castlerock Ford is the place to go. The actually make you feel welcome and are open and honest about what the services you require.

I like that they check previous work to see what I need or don't need. I feel confident that they're mot trying to cheat me

Leaving 2 stars because the truck did get fixed but the communication was some of the worst I've ever seen. I had no idea about the status of my truck repair throughout the week, even pressing through texts and calls, it was disappointing. I think they're just very short-staffed overall.

Amber was very professional and helpful. She made the appointment very painless and quick and insured my car’s maintenance requirements were met.

Sabrina was great to work with. Everything was fine. Dealer rarer is a pain to use

they fixed the problems quickly so i got my truck back on time. even fixed additional issues.
