I dropped my truck off this morning for warranty work. Mike at the service desk was very helpful getting me in right away. Johnathon shuttled me back to my office and was very friendly and quick. The process was easy and efficient! Thank you

Recommend Ashley only.

Recommend Ashley only. Sales Manager (cowboy hat) who first worked with us through the sales process did not know his stuff and was clearly below water in knowing what he was talking about. He may have falsely represented information to us in the process. Never trust him. Ever. GM Parm was good to work with but failed to follow through on my request to buy lunch for his entire team in Ashley?s name to show our appreciation for her assistance. This is a good reason to consider other dealerships unless people like Ashley are employed there. Great service by Ashley and their finance rep but so-so from everyone else. Unless Ashley is employed there, will not buy there again.
