I had a GMC buy back and every thing went well because Kevin and Fanny worked real hard to make it come together. I don't know what else to say I have bought a new Jeep and now a new Canyon from Medved and enjoy working with them.

Tim is the best service manager. Always courteous and helpful. Explains maintenance issues Keeps me informed of progress. Answers all my questions. Give that man a raise!

I've been looking for a new truck to replace my 15 yr old truck and ended my search at Medved CR. Since I was buying new I first researched Chevy trucks online and built my own. I took my 'created truck' to the dealership and ran into Sasha. Sasha and I discussed what I wanted and didn't want and he showed me features on certain models comparable to my 'created truck'. We talked about every little detail important to me. Medved did not have my exact truck but the sales manager found it in Colorado Springs. Sasha drove down the next morning to pick it up and I bought the new truck I wanted.

Though I bought my vehicle elsewhere, Medved is my preferred service center, and has been for years. I trust MedVed and appreciate how they treat their customers.

they took my truck in the night I found a problem with the 4 wheel drive system. I also had them change the oil and rotate the tires while the truck was in the shop. They had my truck fixed by the next afternoon. Outstanding customer service as well, we can count on Medved. Only request would be, to have wash service too.
