The staff and management are great!

The salespeople are very friendly and knowledgeable of their vehicles. We had many many questions and the Genius is just that.. a genius. We happened to see a small blemish on the back of the vehicle before we purchased it and the service person jumped on it and buffed it out on the spot. Each and every person we felt with throughout the process were very professional but also very personable. We highly recommend the Medford BMW dealership!!

Excellent experience

very impressed with the service I received on my Mini Countryman from Medford BMW. Went in for new brakes and was given a BMW X3 as a loaner. After my experience with Medford BMW, I plan to return and purchase a BMW soon!

Bought my 2018 Nissan Rogue

Desiree Kodesh helped me purchase my 2018 Nissan Rogue. She was incredibly helpful in the buying process and not overly pushy to the point where I decided I wanted to buy my car from her even before I was sure which car I wanted. Overall, a very nice experience. The finance representative (Lillian, I believe) was an absolute pleasure as well. I enjoyed the whole experience and LOVE my new ride! Thank you Medford BMW!

Purchase of our 2018 BMW x5 40E @ Medford BMW

Joe Pedrojetti was a delight to work with. He answered all our questions and kept us informed as to the date the car would be delivered to us. There were no surprises or misunderstandings along the way. Tim Grogan, BMW Genius, made delivery of the car. He was patient and understanding as we pelted him with questions regarding the 'new to us technology'. Tim has earned his title: Genius!
