Terrible service

I took my BMW in for an oil change and they failed to reset the computer to reflect the service they performed. They also failed to report to me missing parts they found on my bmw. They were rude and I there service was terrible. My car ran great before I took it to Medford BMW.

Kirk is the best.

We had the pleasure of working with Kirk who did an excellent job on every level. I live in Eugene and Kirk did everything to make me feel informed and comfortable about my purchase before we mad the drive down to Medford. If i have an opportunity to work with Kirk again, there would be zero hesitation. He even called the following day, just checking in to verify everything was good.

Terrible

The internet department doesn’t like to actually work for a deal. I made an offer on THEIR site and was told they don’t work that way and I’d have to come in. I’m trying to buy a car not spend a day in Medford. It’s so easy! Get out of your own way!

Very Happy with Medford BMW

My wife and I purchased a used 2016 Honda CR V from Medford BMW and are very pleased with car and the way we were treated. We live in Redding, Calif so it was not a easy ordeal but they made the process as good as one could expect. Had one issue come up but they handled it very professionally and quickly. Special thanks to Vince, Andy, and Jeremy for their efforts.

Medford BMW Service department

Not having been to the dealer before I didnt know what to expect. I took our car to the service department for a factory recall and was pleasantly surprised . The facility clean, organized, and easy to navigate. The individuals in the service department were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely bring my car back to Medford BMW.

BMW X6

Our experience was 5 star! In part, because of working with James Moon in the service department. James was at all times pleasant, knowledgeable, and he gave us options regarding our repairs. I would highly recommend the service department at Medford BMW!

No hassle friendly service before and after sale

Staff is very friendly and not at all trying to push or persuade you into a sale. Provide all the information you need and leave it with that. Great customer experience.

Amazing!!!

Kurt, Andy, Lily and James all provided top of the line friendly and caring customer service. They each went above and beyond to make my experience as a returning customer the best it could be. I did not have to worry about a single detail during the purchasing process and would highly recommend Medford BMW!

Medford BMW - Service Department

I took the car in for a scheduled maintenance. Brandon Martinez is fabulous. I also try to see him when I come in. He is friendly, honest and very helpful.
