Great experience

This dealership always treats me fairly and exceptionally. Great bunch of people. I highly recommend both sales and service. They are always quick to greet you in the service isle.

Love my new Jeep! I’d buy again from them!

Mr. Freddie came out all smiles and was a wonderful help in the buying process of my new Jeep Wrangler! I felt like he didn’t “play” me when it came to buying.. we discussed options and I felt like he worked well with me. I’d definitely come back to them the next time I’m in the market for buying. My dad recently bought a used jeep from a different dealer, and his salesman didn’t go over his Jeep with him. Not only did Mr. Freddie answer all my questions and showed me things on the Jeep, but he also educated my dad on some points too! He was a huge help!! Harley was great also—such a nice guy. He got everything going with my credit union and made the finalized touches a breeze! I only worked with these two personally, but if the rest of the employees are anything like them, they won’t let you down!

Salsbury's CDJR is GREAT

Great service experience, Very friendly staff in all departments, multiple employees passing by stopped to see how my day was going. Oil change and 23 point inspection was completed fast and my vehicle was pulled back to the front for me. I love the oil change contract offers and I am excited about the new building coming soon!

To the point

Be it regular maintenance or warranty work I have no complaints. Entire service team is always friendly and get the job done in a timely manner. I have had a lot of different vehicles from various dealerships and this is one of my top picks. They have earned a loyal customer as long as they keep up the good work.

Dead battery.

The car would not start and I had no idea what the problem was. I like the service offered at Salisbury Dodge and since my car is a 2016 Town and Country I felt confident they could figure it out. The attention was immediate and the car was fixed within a short time. The attendant was very courteous and explained things.
