Scammers!
Scammers! Stay away from these shady people. Came in the buy a new car at the price on their website. Wasted an hours trying to upsell me on crap. Then say I have no option but to pay 2500 dollars for their "protection" plan. The advertised price was never on the table. Then proceeded to undervalue my trade in compared to every other dealer I've been to. Overall, several thousand dollars they wanted to scam me for, not a few hundere here and there.

I came into trade in my jeep to get a work truck.
I came into trade in my jeep to get a work truck. On April 1st and on the way out the door Ryan (one of the managers) was very inappropriate and disrespectful to me and my wife. I would like him fired i will also reach out to Matt bowers personally about this issue .

Do not fall for their advertised price or even price they
Do not fall for their advertised price or even price they tell you because the paperwork will have a higher price and if you don't catch it you are screwed. I was highly dissatisfied with this dealership & can't believe they're in business with such shady business tactics. Please,if you just must go here read every detail before signing & arrange financing on your own. These jerks will do anything they can to squeeze more money out of you. I wish I'd never gone there & will never go back.

They responded to my interest, quick enough, but snow in
They responded to my interest, quick enough, but snow in the south became a factor, roads were closed, businesses were closed and I committed to visiting and immediately following that, the vehicle became unavailable, obviously someone on inside got the scoop on me the store was not even open. Soo, not real forthcoming about saying we sold it. Let me look into that. Not apt to consider this outfit for that reason

I’ve had a very frustrating experience at Matt Bowers
I’ve had a very frustrating experience at Matt Bowers dealership. I initially brought my truck in for an air-fuel ratio imbalance, which was identified as a stuck lifter. The first repair involved a motor swap that took two months to complete. Since then, I’ve had to return three more times, and the original engine light code still hasn’t been resolved. When I finally got my truck back, I noticed several issues immediately. The insulation from the hood was just resting on the engine, there was no wiper fluid, the A/C no longer worked, and the engine light came back on the very next day with the same problem. I was told it was just a stored code and advised to bring it back. Despite three additional visits, the issues remain unresolved. It feels like they’re simply throwing parts at the truck without truly diagnosing the root cause. On the third trip, the A/C compressor was replaced, the exhaust manifold leak was repaired, and the camshaft and cam phaser were replaced on the new motor—costing me an additional $2,000. Despite all these repairs, I now have an oil leak staining my garage floor, which is especially concerning since I’ve never had an oil leak before. The engine light for the original issue is still on, and this new oil leak has only added to my frustration. So now, after a motor swap, an oil leak, and significant additional costs, the original engine light code remains unresolved. I’ve wasted a lot of time and money, and my confidence in their ability to fix the problem has completely eroded. The Better Business Bureau (BBB) has even recommended I consult an attorney. Overall, I feel that the service at Matt Bowers dealership lacks professionalism and expertise. They’re not addressing the core issues with my truck and continue to push repairs without any resolution. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them.

Hailee was great to work with.
Hailee was great to work with. My 2020 Jeep GC busted a water pump. Service got it repaired along with some other parts. That lifetime warranty is awesome.

DO NOT go to Matt Bower service department.
DO NOT go to Matt Bower service department. They lost my key fob to my vehicle and I have to wait for a replacement to come in for them to look at my vehicle. Two different employees in the service department lied to me about the repairs being in process, when my vehicle has NOT even been looked at due the losing of the key fob and waiting for another one to be delivered. Lying to a customer is unprofessional and unethical in my opinion. I am grateful that I was provided a loaner vehicle to drive while the repairs are being completed, but I did have to pay out of pocket for my rental for one week. I currently have a complaint filed to management regarding my issue. I will never, never take my vehicle there again. I will see what other places in my area can service my Jeep which is under extended warranty coverage until it hits 7 years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first. It is so disappointing that the service department is so poor at Matt Bowers because my experience with sales was amazing. I would have returned to purchase another vehicle in a heartbeat from Gus my sales representative. It is just sad that someone can do such quality work, but others can ruin that positive experience with their poor customer service! Very disappointed.

These guys are the worst for service.
These guys are the worst for service. You can never get a service advisor on the phone. I have left messages to get service on my vehicle that cost over $100k and still waiting two weeks later to get a call back. Currently, my new vehicle can't even be driven. Very frustrating!!!
