Do not come here unless you want to be preyed on by high-pressure salespeople. Lack of Transparency: The salesman tried to steer me toward a specific vehicle and claimed he "didn't know" the price before the test drive. It turned out to be nearly double my stated budget, had an engine light on, and a majorly cracked windshield. Why are we showing a car that hasn’t even been inspected yet? Refused to Let Me Leave: When I declined the car, they took my trade-in keys for an appraisal and effectively held them hostage. Tag-Team Pressure: Even after repeatedly telling them I was not interested and wanted to go, they kept my keys and sent out different staff members to push terrible financing offers on a car I hated. I had to get firm and cut them off just to get my own keys back so I could drive home. I was actively looking to buy, but their slimy tactics completely ruined the experience. Save yourself the stress and shop somewhere that respects its customers.

DO NOT TRUST THEIR QUOTES. I priced a truck with the sales person. She kept urging me to come there to prove I was "serious." I said I would come down if she agreed to meet my price. She said if I came down they would. I verified the terms IN DETAIL. She agreed to the price and the deal. When I got there, the manager said he "had never heard of this deal.' He began arguing with me. He perhaps misjudged, because I am an attorney. I pointed out that this was bait and switch, quoting the FTC regulations. The general manager came out and basically said I was lying, but that he was going to give me the deal. He then told me that this is not how he wants to do business, and that we would "part ways" and I should never come back, not even for warranty service. This was after about two hours. When he came back with the paperwork, he had added in fees that were not part of the deal. It was not a huge amount, so I agreed to get it over with. Then when I got to the finance guy, they had added in another fee. This was AFTER we had signed the paperwork specifying the price! I would not send my worst enemy to this place. Believe the bad reviews.

Beware!!! I got a Ford F250 here in March, under 100k miles, great looking truck and unfortunately after ONE WEEK the transmission had a problem. I brought it to them because I was within my warranty and they took it to fix, they told me there were many people ahead of me with their cars to be repaired and it would take a while to get to mine, and they didn’t have a vehicle to loan to me even though when I bought the truck they guaranteed should anything happen I’d be loaned a car to use while mine was at the shop! It is now almost August and my truck is still not fixed, I’ve been paying a rental myself because they haven’t given me one cent ! They are also very difficult to get in touch with , you will be tossed around endlessly from person to person, they say they’ll return your call and they will not! So nearly FIVE MONTHS they’ve had my truck in their shop and haven’t helped me in any capacity with either a loaner vehicle or rental money! I paid and signed for all their warranties and it has meant nothing when it mattered! This has been the most impossible financial burden on my family to pay monthly for a truck I drove for ONE WEEK and has been sitting in their shop , Take your business elsewhere!

Classic bait and switch. Contacted about a truck. Made an appt to see it the next day. Drove an hour to look at the truck—even confirming the day of—only to be told the truck was sold to auction earlier in the week—BEFORE I HAD EVEN CONTACTED THEM. They had us drive an hour to see a truck that they knew was sold. . The salesmen didn’t even tell us himself. He sent out someone else to tell us and to say they had other options available. We got up and left. Buy a car/truck from ANYWHERE other than this place.

The absolute worst dealership I have ever seen in my life. I ordered a Rubicon and put down $1000 deposit. The guy taking my ordered called himself a "order specialist" what a joke. I had to show him how to build the Jeep. So, it came in with the wrong hood that I didn't order, I called my salesperson who offered NO solution whatsoever to fix the issue other than to order another Jeep. I have called several times with no one answers the phone. A few times called, sent to an extension and the phone rings a few times and it just hangs up. I would not buy a stick of gum from these idiots. Amazed they still have the dealership. More than likely I will NOT get my deposit back but it is worth it not to have to do business with these people. Ralph Sellers just 15 minutes down the road puts these guys to same.

So there is a federal lawsuit against an auto group in Illinois ( i believe) for charging FEES for a "protection package" for like $4888. If you purchase here they will tell you thst this is "mandatory" when in realty it isnt. I would watch this lawsuit very close its a 20 million dollar case. It will change the way most dealers do business and may affect what u pay for a vehicle. If you go there now, do NOT pay this fee. Take pictures of the offer documents and contact the attorney generals office or the FTC office in Dallas we are in their district. They are very interested in this type of xxxx. S we did this and sent them a video with audio of our sales peep telling us they are required by the manufacturer. MB CJDR is dirty dealing all over

Do not trust these guys as far as you can throw them. I drove an hour and a half for them to try to scam me. We agreed to certain price for vehicle. Not only did they reneg on that, they tried to massively undervalue my trade in. And also add a 3k "safety protection charge" that i couldnt even get a straight answer on what it was. I was done doing business with them, and somehow seem like they were the ones offended i was leaving 🤣🤣🤣

Great experience today!!! I would like to thank Patrick my service advisor for his extreme professionalism. After checking me in without any wait Patrick sent me a text where I could ask any questions during my visit. After my car was completed, he found me and to let me know my vehicle was completed. Great experience, and very satisfied. Thanks Patrick.!!

Absolutely worst dealership I’ve ever done business with. They HID that I was sold a lemon! We were lied to and sold a $59,000 Grand Jeep Cherokee Overland with around 5000 miles on it. Told the first owner decided he wanted a Wagoner and returned it. LIES! It lived in service the first 3 months and the guy returned it! Then all of this was hidden at the sale, we were given a car fax that was clean, etc. Then told about the amazing lifetime warranty, the extended warranty, etc.. it’s ALL false advertising and 1/2 truths! I’ve had multiple serious safety issues in this vehicle, power steering going out while driving. The vehicle without warning locking up while driving (yes, it puts itself IN PARK while driving!) Google the known safety issues Jeep is trying to hide! The engine recently cut off again while driving and threw me in park on the highway, some had to swerve my Jeep! Once again it’s in the shop at Matt Bowers. I discovered Matt Bowers falsifies service records/ manipulative how they worded the issues last time. I ALSO was made aware my Jeep has a very long history of service issues that was hidden from me and returned for being faulty! Something I was lied to about at the sale! I was made aware that the last time my Jeep stopped in the road without warning it was labeled “start/stop switch concern issues”. I’d call Locking up and shutting down without even a maintenance light more that a xxxx “start/stop concern! 3 times it’s caused me serious issues and almost accidents without warning or any kind! Now I’m being told it a fuel pump issue and Jeep warranty doesn’t cover fuel pumps. It took 9 days and me showing up in person furious to even get an answer to what was wrong with my Jeep. 9 days after being towed there it still wasn’t looked at! Also, don’t plan on a loaner vehicle! Not happening and your warranty isn’t paying for your rental either. Now that I’ve gone public with the situation I’m hearing TONS of similar stories about Matt Bowers. Them lying about warranties, costing customers thousands, lying and false service reports, hiding issues, horrible service, etc. Thankfully the one guy in service I spoke to has some personal integrity and respect. I wouldn’t send a person I don’t even like to Matt Bowers to do business, much less ever recommend a Jeep to someone again due to the amount of issues Jeep itself is hiding and won’t make right on. This week alone I’ve had 4 clients share horror stories about this dealership and paper trails to back it. From $35,000 is losses to $4000 in losses. All similar situations and all this dealership! They need to be investigated by someone.
