check engine light and new battery
I brought my 2015 Jeep Cherokee in for a new battery. I was told the technicians would scan the vehicle to find any possible other problems. After being in the waiting room for over an hour I was told it was the battery. It would have to be delivered in about an hour. Ok. I left to get a bite of lunch. The vehicle was ready when I returned. As I drove away, I noticed the check engine light was still on. I turned around and brought the vehicle back to the service center. I was told there was nothing they could do about it. I would have to come back to see a specific technician and the earliest date he was available was 5 days away. I expressed concern about driving the vehicle with the check engine light on. I was told it would be ok unless it started blinking. I am on the interstate often and do not want to take the chance of being stranded. Also, for the size of Salsbury dealership, it seems there would be more than one technician who can address the variety of problems that might arise with vehicles. I was not happy with the results of my visit. The battery was changed, but obviously, the entire problem was not addressed.

Recall service
My vehicle needed to have a bunch of recalls taken care of. My vehicle needed to stay overnight so the parts could be ordered, but everything was taken care of in a professional manner and I was kept in contact the entire time.

Warranty issues
The service advisor was prompt on getting my vehicle looked and got back with me in a day, where another dealership said it would be 2 weeks before they can look at it.

Besides the waiting period, Everything was handled Great
The reason I gave an excellent rating is because they did the job that I needed done. I had a tire That had a blowout and had to buy another tire for my jeep which was under warranty .

Sales person, Freddie Jackson, was outstanding.
Freddie was outstanding. I was not impressed with the other employees. One person, Patrice, came into where I was speaking with Mr, Jackson, and started talking without even introducing herself. Also, I do not like being spoken to in a tone of, "sweetie" I cannot rate the service department as I just our purchased my vehicle.

Running boards and bed liner
Thomas and the guys at Salisbury Dodge did an amazing job installing my new Mopar running boards on my 2018 3500 Ram. I was there first thing in the morning and they were waiting on me! Met me out front of the service department!! They finished the work early and had me on my way home before rush hour traffic!!
