Sales person Big Mike worked diligently to assist me. I was very satisfied with the sales person. Not so impressed with management not wanting to have a satisfied customer with Sun Auto.

Will Cascanett took a lot of the stress out of the buying experience. Very patient and responsive to questions. Quick turn-around from purchase through financing to driving off the lot. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

The salesman I had made promises he didn't deliver on. 1. the people that were supposed to get the referral bonus for me buying a car still haven't seen that bonus & it's been over 2 months. The sales person keeps saying he'll check on it. 2. Will also told me when I signed that as a service to all new customers the dealer will order me an extra set of keys & fab & call me when ready to pick up...now I need to take my time off work to go there on a monday between 9-9:45 am to see if the key maker has time. I would not recommend this salesman to anyone I know.

Was the easiest truck I have ever bought. We have to go back to have 2 dings taken care of but otherwise Kirk was great and helpful.

I seriously don’t recommend getting a vehicle from sun auto. They have xxxxed me over so much! Telling me there’s nothing wrong with my car and then refuse to fix anything. They LOVE to sell lemons to people!!! It’s been in the shop more times than I can count. I’ve contacted numerous people, even the owner Todd Caputo, and he still has yet to get back ahold of me. Not to mention I got ahold of him over a month ago! The people in the shop, yeah they’re a joke and have absolutely no clue what the xxxx they’re doing!! So, seeing how they want to xxxx me over, here I am, giving them a bad review on social media!! And I’ll make sure I tag everyone I can and post it on every page! Maybe after this something will happen. But then again, I’m not getting my hopes up. So. I’m about to go pick my junk journey up!!! Hand in this loaner that they gave me. My car is now almost on E after giving it to them with 3/4 of a tank of gas. I picked my loaner up and it was on E but I’m making sure I send it back with at least a little gas in it! Very disappointed in the actions that have been taken here! Until something gets done, I will NOT go back to sun or refer anyone to them.

I was very happy with my salesman Joe Corp as he was very knowledgeable about the Chevy Equinox I purchased. I highly recommend him and Sun Auto to any interested buyers!!!!

I was sooooo nervous but Captain Kirk made the entire experience a pleasure and pleasant experience. I left the day of my pickup on top of the world. I’m still smiling !
