This is my second car purchase from Sun Auto of Cortland . Decent price for the truck i bought and nice trade in price for my vehicle . It is my first go to dealer for any auto purchase . Second purchase from William Cascanett in sales . Very helpful in in putting together a purchase .

We highly recommend Ben Baum of Sun Auto Warehouse of Cortland. Ben is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and forthright. He is a straight shooter. We came to Sun Auto after having reviewed and picked out the particular cars we were interested in from the websites of several different used and new car dealerships. He found the particular cars we were interested in looking at, and, to our pleasant surprise, drove one of them to where we were standing by the other so that we could best see them both and compare. Since I had never driven a large car before, he took the time to make sure I was comfortable in the large car, and chose a particular route for me for the test drive that best enabled me to try out the large car on terrain and narrow roads that I was likely to encounter during my daily commute and while driving in the local area, even though someone unaccustomed to driving a large car might not have liked driving a large car on a narrow road. Never once did we feel any pressure to purchase anything, and Ben gave us time and space to make our decision pressure-free. We also found Ben and Sun Auto Warehouse of Cortland to be very reasonable and fair with regard to pricing. Ben was also very helpful, efficient, and organized with the paperwork. He also very thoughtfully and thoroughly answered all our questions throughout the process, even after we had paid for the car. Ben made our used car buying experience a (surprisingly) pleasant and enjoyable one. We are also very thrilled with the 2017 Jeep Patriot Sport we purchased. Thank you, Ben and Sun Auto!

Marty Johnson is an excellent dealer !! I would recommend him to everyone if I could. He helped me with my last vehicle and my new vehicle. He sure makes his customers feel welcome and goes way out of his way to help get you exactly what your looking for. I'll keep going back to him because he's the friendliest, most helpful, and determined sales man I met.

Being that I posted a previous bad review and tried to delete it and it would not I feel I need to post another review here to say that the situation at sun auto in Cortland has been resolved it' was a miscommunication but Steve the service manager has taken care of the problem he has gone out of his way to make sure I have no issues with my old vehicle and now my new one thanks Steve I should of talked to u in the first place I was so angry I just left my apologies thanks again for all u have done

Had my vehicle at Nissan they said tires was cupped causing vibration sun picked up my rogue then called me to come in to take tech for a ride so I did we get back tech tells Francis tires def causing vibration and rotating them wont correct the problem so Francis says gonna get new tires I leave get a call same night saying nothing wrong with tires that's how they are. Are u kidding me your own tech and Nissan said same thing but they must not know nothing. Not good business that's just wrong
