Bobby Rahal Lexus of Lancaster County

I went in to this dealership to get my flash code for my older Lexus RX300. I took my Title & ID as instructed by their Service Dep't . All I wanted was the flash code. Instead, the dealership refused to give it to me & insisted on me getting the work done there for 10 x's the cost of the local key maker. A car Owner owns the intellectual properties of their cars including flash codes. This dealership's tactics are dishonest & despicable. I would never deal with Rahal Lexus under any circumstances. Buyer BEWARE !!!

Just had the best buying experience! If you're in the market for a Lexus I highly recommend stopping by Bobby Rahal of Lancaster County and meeting with Cody Sofranek. I've been in the market for a car since July, and was beyond frustrated with the lack of communication and commitment given by sales people at other dealerships. The problems were vast. They were not concerned about my needs, not hearing back from them for weeks, and a lack of knowledge about the cars they were selling. All of that changed when Cody approached me in the lot. He made it clear from the beginning that he was not here to be pushy and was only here to answer questions and help. Cody was extremely knowledgeable about all three of the vehicles I was interested in. He helped me go through the pros and cons of each one for my lifestyle and needs. Cody definitely went above and beyond to help me get the vehicle I want, which is in high demand and hard to find (Lexus TX 350). He understood what a large financial investment this is, and let me take my time deciding what was going to be best for me. I truly felt Cody had my best interest in mind. He is knowledgeable and trustworthy, the two most important things in a salesman! After purchase, he spent time going over all of the technology in the vehicle. He also took time to mark pages in the manual he felt were important for me to review. He encouraged me to reach out with any other questions or concerns I come up with. All In all, I can honestly say I am so glad I decided to pull into Bobby Rahal that day! Cody Sofanek is a top notch, knowledgeable salesman.

I accompanied my husband to pick up our new car. The dealership staff was friendly and professional. The physical layout was spacious and comfortable during the final pickup phase. Code insured we understood the features of our new car, making sure we knew to contact him with any questions after leaving the lot.

We ordered a GX 550 and and Cody did a great job at keeping us up to date and on time. Car was delivered on time. Delivery was easy!

Cody was AMAZING!!! It’s rare in this industry to find people who are Genuine and Honest. That is exactly who Cody is, he worked hard to get me in the car for me! He communicated responsively and had a finance team that complimented him. His service is high end, personal and made me feel like the most important person. Outstanding job Cody, your a friend for life.. I will be telling everyone to go see Cody! He goes above and beyond..you won’t be disappointed 😀🥳🎉

Cody did a excellent job by explaining the next steps and anticipating the needs of the buyer. I was never concerned about his follow up. He was on top of the process.

I stopped to look at what used cars they had in stock and ended up talking to Bill (recommended by my niece but no longer a salesman) and Tony and both couldn't have been nicer. They went out of there way to answer my questions and Tony did a super job of going over the features of the car I test drove and then decided to buy. He even suggested that I take a second test drive just to make I liked the car before I made my final decision. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Tony S. specifically if you are looking for a Lexus!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Ron is great to work with. He is not pushy yet patient with us. it took some time to get the color combo we wanted. but it is worth the wait.
