Fantastic experience went to many dealers and they were by far the best Lexus dealer in Pa

An absolutely outstanding experience is all respects! I bought a used car here - and traded in my old 220k mile RX. I saw a car listed that just came in - I'm only a short distance from the dealership so I went down - they gave me an outstanding deal and I bought the RX while it was still up on the service rack (contingent on all being well with the vehicle of course). When I went back to look at the vehicle I couldn't believe it - it looked absolutely incredible. Despite doing brakes and all that maintenance stuff they told me "we weren't really happy with the paint so we sent it out to have it clear-coated and touched up." I told Ron, the outstanding salesperson I had, that cosmetics didn't really matter much to me when I first met him, and despite that they did this for the car - at their expense of course. Talk about going above and beyond! I couldn't be more pleased ad dcan't recommend these folks enough. 100% from start to finish!

The location is convenient, the staff is very knowlegeable and pleasant. We got our best deal at Bobby Rahal Lancaster. We checked 4 different Lexus dealers in addition to Lancaster. We were treated great and the staff at Lancaster was the most professional and met all our needs and desires in purchasing our new vehicle.

From start to finish Bobby Rahal dealship in Ephrata was a good experince. Extra clean showroom stood out as did our salesman, Hunter, who was very helpful helping us figure out the exact model/options/color I was looking for. Unable to find that model within the Rahal network, he did find our choice within a week outside our area and had it delivered to Ephrata. Kevin was friendly and efficient during the closing process. Hunter went over our new RX350s operation and controls, describing and walking me through set up of all the features and controls, patiently answering my questions and correcting my blunders during setup. We apprecieted the low pressure but efficient experience at this, our local, dealership.

I purchased a used vehicle, and Danielle was so helpful through the whole process. As a young female buying a car for the first time, I did not feel pressured at all. They treated my car like it was a Lexus and were adamant about making sure everything was just right.
