Just purchased my second vehicle from AutoHouse. Jerry was my sales rep today and I highly recommend him for your next car. We had a little back and forth negotiating, while we laughed a joked with each other. Great people, facility, and selection.

To my surprise,they added an extra $399 to the price of the car for their "inspection and advertizing costs". Before we got the car home we discovered a headlight was out and the wheel well cover was rubbing. Didn't know what the terrible scraping nois was when we turned in to McDonalds. I asked them for a copy of the "inspection" they did and they said they don't have any paper work on that and refused. I insisted that they reinspect it and give us an inspection report "but they just don't do that". I can't understand how they can charge for something they can't give you an invoice for. They provide no proof of their work. I kind of doubt they did much of an inspection. They fixed the items, but it took two 2-hour round trips for us to get it done. I have no idea what condition the car is really going to be in.

10/10 I would 100% recommend this place they have good and affordable cars. Jerry Depaz was a really good salesman makes sure your taken care of and helps you with everything making things easier and faster
