I came in because of a major screwup from another

I came in because of a major screwup from another dealership! I had gotten an oil change the night before from a different dealership and they didn’t put the Oring on the oil filter correctly which caused it to leak out all my oil by the time I reached your dealership! Your Service Manager Matt went above and beyond to correct the problem! He and service technician Dean video and documented the complete ordeal which was very helpful for me presenting my case to the other dealership! A Very huge Thank You to Matt and Dean for the job they did and getting me back on the road! They both deserve to be recognized!! Thanks Again, David Kranz

Had vehicle for over 6 weeks.

Had vehicle for over 6 weeks. We had to contact them for progress. Asked for someone in charge to call us, no call back. Poor customer service.

Dealer was difficult to get a hold ( the service writer)

Dealer was difficult to get a hold ( the service writer) Then did not update on what was going on. Had to call multiple times to find out what was going on. Then when truck was completed never received a call that it had been finished. Was not overall pleased with the service experience. Truck had water pump replaced top core support bolts not tightened at all and truck had a strong smell of antifreeze after pick up because it was not cleaned off after repair. I cleaned and tightened bolt would expect these things to be completed by the service center

They performed a tire rotation that I didn't ask for and

They performed a tire rotation that I didn't ask for and charged me to do it. I can go to any tire shop and they'll do it for free. I was told by my salesman when ordering the car that if I bought a tonneau cover they'd install it for me for free since they were unable to provide one with delivery. They charged me over $250 to do this service. Main reason I took truck in was because of a problem with my radio. At time of pickup it still wasn't fixed and they weren't about to put in a new radio even though the truck is still under warranty. I'll never go back. they're location isn't the greatest anyway unless you work at Chrysler in Tipton.

The last time I went in for service instead of them

The last time I went in for service instead of them offering coupons for services provided I have to drag it out of them and ask them for one. I think they should automatically say hey we have a great deal for you. Would you like to use this offer we have.
