I initiated contact with the dealership after seeing a vehicle online that I was interested in purchasing. During our initial conversations, I was provided a trade-in value for my current vehicle, which I agreed to, and I then visited the dealership to test drive the Jeep. After the test drive, I was informed that the online pricing I had seen was actually employee pricing and not available to the general public. This was frustrating, and I expressed that it felt like a bait-and-switch situation since the advertised price was a significant factor in my decision to visit the dealership. To the dealership’s credit, the team worked with me and ultimately honored the pricing I was expecting. They also paid off my existing loan, which helped make the transaction work. Overall, my experience at the dealership was positive. The process took a little longer than I would have liked, but everyone I worked with was friendly, professional, and personable. While the pricing confusion at the beginning was disappointing, the staff made an effort to resolve the issue, and I left satisfied with the outcome and my new Jeep.
