Received incorrect initial diagnosis that caused me to spend $780 on new tires and an alignment that were not the cause of the problem. When the issue was finally resolved I was told the $100 deductible for the repair would be covered by the dealer instead of them refunding my original diagnosis fee that I wouldn't have had to pay if they had found the correct issue in the first place. It wasn't until I made this point, that they said they would refund me the diagnosis fee of $189 and instead only charge me for the deductible. Also I was not given the option of a rental vehicle with adequate space for my family while it was in for warranty recall repairs. And when I finally got the vehicle back it was covered in greasy finger and hand prints all over the ceiling liner, so they had to come get the vehicle the next day to clean it up.
