The employees at this dealership made the process of buying a vehicle all the way to driving off the lot very easy. The employees were very friendly, polite and courteous. They made you feel comfortable being there, but not to the point as if being a nuisance. I would recommend anyone to deal with this company. I would say the best experience I’ve had buying a vehicle from a dealership. Five stars!!

Lackluster Service

I started out working with Chris, and he was very responsive at first, I sent him pictures of my trade in and he offered $15,000 for my trade, which I declined and said I would sell my car where I live and I would start working on that the same day. He called me the next morning and left me a voicemail asking for an update and I returned his call a few hours later and he didn’t know who I was at first and why I was calling. We discussed my interest in the car on Thursday, August 18 and I told him I would come up on Saturday, August 20 to buy the car if the numbers worked out. He said he would send me a video of the car the same day and what the financing numbers would be and he said he would look at my financing application and get back to me. A few hours later, I still did not receive the video or the financing numbers, I proceeded to text him asking for an update and didn’t receive a response. I called his desk and a few moments later I received a picture of financing numbers of $0 and $6,000 down. I asked him if the financing was approved and if so, who was the lender. I also asked him to send additional numbers with $2,000. He sent a second picture about 30 minutes later of what the payment would be with $2,000 down and gave me the impression that the financing was approved and I again asked him who the lender was. He said they were still confirming that and he would let me know later that day. I texted him again around 6:30 pm asking for an update and didn’t get a response. I proceeded to fill out a second information request on the car on the Blasius website since I didn’t receive any response from Chris as promised. Celine reached out to me and said she would provide me with an update within an hour. I received the update from Chris, with the excuse that he was busy yesterday. If he was so busy, why would he say he would get back to me the same day? Regardless, I asked for the third time who the lender was, and he then proceeds to tell me that the numbers he sent me the day prior were only estimates and that I needed to fill out a financing application. I told him I had previously filled one out on August 9, and sent him a picture of the preapproval and the application. He says he would get back to me later that day, on August 19. At around 6:30 pm on August 19, I asked for an update, and he says he’ll get back to me the next day. On August 20 at 12:30 pm, he texts me that my vehicle needs to be traded in to Blasius in order for the financing to work, and I informed him that I had an offer of $18,650 to sell my car. I asked if I traded in my car, would Blasius work with me an discount the purchase price the remaining difference of $3,650. He responded that the team would need to see my car in person, which is understandable. I asked again, if the offer for the trade still came back at $15,000, would he work with me on the purchase price of the car, so I could meet the $3,650 difference. He proceeds to say, “We won’t be able to reduce the price, we put our best number up front.” I thanked him for his time, but the deal obviously wasn’t going to work. Chris’ poor response time and unwillingness to negotiate left me frustrated and disappointed in the entire experience. I had high hopes upon reading the reviews online of your dealership only to be dissatisfied with the interaction especially since I was willing to drive 4 hours and purchase the car without having seen it in person or driven it.

I purchased a 2018 Cadillac Xt5 .

I purchased a 2018 Cadillac Xt5 . Celine was my salesman and from first day i drove it i told her rear lever for seat needed to be fixed. She never explained anything about the cars features to me as well. It was delivered to me a week later and it had not been fixed. It also took me 2 weeks to get my car registered. I have handicapp plates and tryed to tell carmen could not be transferred on line. He told me yes they could. He was wrong. Whenever i called them for information Celine or carmen didnt return my calls. The only person who ended up helping me was tony coma in the finance department. He returned my calls with answers for things that wasn’t even his job! I wouldn’t recommend this dealership at all. Never did fix the lever on seat. I’m now dealing with Blasius at the Waterbury location and have been very pleased with them in helping me fix what the other location didnt. They have also explained to me all the features on the car.

Ultimately i would recommend the dealership as they had a vehicle i wanted to purchase and i did purchase it from them. I would have purchased the vehicle sooner if there was a little more attention to detail, knowledge of the vehicle, coordination of the sales process and responsiveness to further inquiries after our initial contact. Just never felt like i was the most important person in the room and it seemed like those i dealt with figured the vehicle would sell itself.

Kaylee was a pleasure to work with.

Kaylee was a pleasure to work with. She was very professional, listen to what I really wanted and provided A1 customer service. Blasius, located on Walnut St., Danbury, CT is one of the best car dealerships I have experienced. Ross was amazing, and vey concerned with customers needs, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Their professionalism, and kindness I have not experienced before and I would recommend them to anyone. Great job.

Lulu was very patient and sooo helpful in helping me find

Lulu was very patient and sooo helpful in helping me find a car in my budget. I was looking around at little side of the road dealers because I didn't think I could afford anything at a big dealership like Blassius but I am glad I pulled in there!!! She and Ross the Finance Guru went ABOVE AND BEYOND and even stayed late to finish the paperwork and get the deal thru soo I wouldn't be without a car since mine just blew up. And even though I probably purchased the cheapest car on the lot.... they catered to me like I was buying the most expensive car there.... and that goes a long way with me!!! Will definitely recommend friends and family members to you guys!!!
