James in Sales was fairly new but our experience with him was satisfactory. The F&I Manager (Todd’s backup) was a true professional. As for the Sales Manager Carman nothing positive to say. Horrible experience with him. Got upset because we did not want to commit on the spot and make an impulse buying decision. Never acknowledged our two additional visits nor did he acknowledge our purchase/delivery of vehicle despite his physical presence there that day. Very unprofessional! I will never buy a vehicle there again. Save the rebuttal. James the Sales Rep can attest to everything that occurred.

Drew and the team at Blasius were very helpful and gracious when working with me and my mother. We got her a reliable used car and she's very happy with it. Can't recommend them enough!

Contacted Blasius yesterday (9/16) in regards to a vehicle they had listed as "Home Delivery available" for sale for $23k. I recieved a text from someone (no name was given) that passed on my financial information and my desire for shipping. They said they would get more information about shipping and pass my information on to their finance department. Spoke with Alexis today (9/17) about the vehicle (an Audi A8) who informed me they don't offer vehicle delivery and that it would be on me to find a shipping service (inconvenience on me and what I would consider false advertising #1). She then asked if I would like the full out the door cost of the vehicle. I received aaticker price $750 over the listed price because I couldn't use their financing options (false advertising #2; I'm out of state, hence the need for shipping.) I told her that the VIN Etching fee ($199) needed to be dropped as it's a completely unnecessary fee that I can do myself for $25. She informed me that all fees are non-negotiable. Overall they passed on a sale this weekend: ▪︎Falsely labeled as having home delivery ▪︎Falsely listed at non-standard price ▪︎Unwilling to negotiate on even the smallest fees When Alexis informed me that they wouldn't negotiate on the fees, I had already secured shipping, financing and had even offered cash down.

Nice cars, no pressure. Way better than another dealer I was just at. James was very helpful. Highly reccommend this place!
