This dealership has always been there for me over the past almost 20 years. I have experienced the changing of employees and found them to be as caring and informed as I am accustomed to. My first Kia was purchased from Bill Few celloscillo. I wish this phone knew how to spell the man’s name but I’m sure you can sound it out.! Lol.

My salesman listened to what I wanted in a car and was able to find a vehicle for me that also fit my budget. The sales manager also helped with some incentives to make the deal. The dealership showroom was very clean.

My car went in for a check engine light.

My car went in for a check engine light. Wishful thinking was an easy fix of oil change and engine flush. 12 miles later my light turned back on, brought my car back in. After 1 1/2 weeks I contacted the service department, was told he was looking into it and I would get a call back end of day. That day ended and I called again, while chatting with him I could tell something was off, he made a long winded lie, which after calling my extended warranty company he was lying to me. Now at the 2 week point I was told my car hasn’t even been looked at. When it was pointed out it’s been 2 weeks with out be having a vehicle, the same guy said “well I put you in the loaner”, he did not. I was very annoyed at this point, and my temper was starting to show, he called me back 10 mins later to let me know they did have a car for me. At the 3 week mark I called again, there has been zero effort to communicate with me, I was told my car was getting worked on. They had been emailing the wrong adjuster so they were behind. Week 4, I called (again), they were ordering parts and they should be in the following week. 4 1/2 weeks this was the first time anyone had called me on my car, they were waiting on one more part and it would be ready soon. 5 weeks to the day from when I dropped off the car I got the call it was done. I needed to drive it for 75 miles and they would do the inspection “quick hook it up since we have already looked it over” I scheduled my appointment for 10am and was there for over 2 hours. The place is run horribly, their lack of communication is just unacceptable. Would not recommend them to anyone.
