Great salesmans aka Dam the man

That our salesman Dan Bostick went above and beyond when we bought our 1st 2019 Santa Fe XL in February 2019 and when we had to replace it with a 2nd 2019 Santa Fe XL when it was totaled after we hit a mule deer in South Dakota. Dan told us about an accident that he had in a Hyundai which prompted him to get a job with the company. He knew exactly when we were feeling and what we were going through.

Terrible experience and follow up customer service

If I could I would rate lower. Hands down the worst sales experience of my life. I leased a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe and was mislead. I requested blinda SUV with blind spot monitoring, I researched the 2019 and the sales staff "upgraded me." They stated it had blind spot monitor and the website listed it as a highlighted feature and the window sticker listed "driver side blind spot mirror." I signed the paperwork and leased. As I drove away I realized it did not have the blind spot monitor. I contacted the sales person, no response after two days. Went back to the dealership and spoke with a sales manager who asked 4 different staff members what's "drivers side blind spot mirror" meant. I showed the window sticker and staff thought it was the feature I thought was missing a blind spot monitor. The sale manager agreed to contact service the following morning and call; two days later no call. I contacted the GM Bill Hendry twice and I've yet to hear a response. This is awful service and a deceptive practice. I did receive a text from the sales person five days after the initial concern it stated"I confirm with our Manager that what you saw on the website are under the category of Highlighted Features, meaning it is also available in another trim level, not necessarily mean it is available in your vehicle. I hope that clarifies things. " It does clarify things that Fucillo Hyundai uses deceptive advertising and marketing.

Trust the service/ Pleasant facilities

Everyone is friendly, quick turnaround, senior discount, work is complete and they know my Hyundai, also the car wash is a very nice ending to my visit.

Hyundai Kona Purchase

Dheris Wynn was really nice and accommodating. He was also a low-pressure salesperson, which we really, really liked. And he was willing to do additional research to help us with our purchase of the Kona electric. Overall, a great experience.
