Bad service department treatment, bad
I drove from Bellaire an hour away for 9am apt. Rented vehicle because I had Dr. Apt. At 10. Returned rental b11:40 but n]my service person Jaread was at lunch which they did not tell me. At noon went up,to service desk and I believe service manager asked if he could help, looked at screen and said it was on hoist then said out for test drive. Sat back down and at 12:30 went up to service desk and another gentleman said he would look into status and came back and found my keys at desk which not sure when service was done which I dfou d out there is no cure for problem I brought car in for service. Was given keys which normal vehicle was parked at side of service area. I walked all around building could not find my truck and went back into service desk and person said it looks like parked over with new Tundras, many silver like mine. It is easy to sell vehicle but service is what is says what service did I get from Serra. Perhaps should look at another dealer for service and where will buy next vehicle

Good buying experience
Dan was great. He met with us very shortly after I contacted the dealer, and he had the car we were interested in ready to test drive. He was relatively new to this dealer, and we appreciated that he wasn't afraid he didn't know something instead of trying to cover it up. He found out what we needed to know, and he made the buying experience as pleasant as it could be. He also followed up with us the following week just to see if we had any questions. We were happy to be Dan's first purchasing customers.

5 Star Experience
I have purchased 2 vehicles in the past 6 months from Joey and this dealership and have had a top notch service experience both times! Joey is always honest and straight with me and not trying to sneak in extra charges like many other snake car salesmen out there....they delivered both vehicles to my driveway over 4 hours away at no additional charge.....I will definitely refer him to anyone i know in the market for a Toyota. I will also be dealing with him again for all my future car purchases seeing that i will only buy Toyota!

Car was under warranty when I called for a service appt.
Car was under warranty when I called for a service appt., and there were warranty items to be taken care of. They said they would call me back, but I never heard from them. The vehicle if off warranty now. Who would ever want to deal with people like this?
