I ordered my Toyota Sequoia in December 2023 and got my

I ordered my Toyota Sequoia in December 2023 and got my vehicle in March 2024. That’s time they just give me 1 key. And I confused I take the car or not. So the Serra Toyota dealership’s sale manager, his name Eric called me and he said I could get the 2nd key early in May that’s why I decided to buy the car. I did wait till June and nobody call me for the key. I tried to call to the dealer but they said they can’t do anything. I call for The sales manager Eric but he didn’t pick up my phone call then I know he lies me. So if you buy a vehicle there make sure you can get 2 keys in one time or they make sure the time they get you 2nd key. Today September 18th I just get my 2nd key after more 4 months when Serra Toyota Traverse’s sale manager when he said.

I took my Highlander in for a recall.

I took my Highlander in for a recall. Matt was quick to get me checked in and told me it was taking an average of 2 hours to complete the recall. About 45 minutes later my car was ready and Matt got me on my way. Great fast and friendly service.

Same as most Toyota dealers.

Same as most Toyota dealers.maufactured supply shortage allowing selling over MSRP. Plus dealership fees that are not explained as they are really pure profit. Of course making money is the aim I just need transparanco. I would like to only deal with internet manager. Buy new from build list.when that's done and price agreed then come into dealerships to finish paperwork. Love Toyota cars. All great until it gets here. Dealers won't order and when they do it's white or black.
