Please avoid this dealership. We bought a Honda two weeks ago and we are originally from Dallas. The Honda CRV was okay and we did a test drive with no problems. However, on the same day we bought it, we noticed a strong cigarette smell. We called Matt, who said we bought it as is and they couldn't do anything about it. I told him we didn't smell it during the test drive, but he insisted we somehow missed it. He recommended we use ozone odors, but after negotiations, they offered to do a detailed cleaning with ozone, which unfortunately did not help. I spent $30k on this car for my son's graduation, who has asthma, and I don't know what to do now.

I am surprised that there is no office agent for the service dept. I always have to leave a message and wait for a call back. I think the service is usually very good. The waiting room is crowded and could use improvement. I needed a new key fab and it was delivered in one day. My appointment was for programming the key. Denise Vinson was very helpful explaining things to me about my service and my car. Thank you.

I really liked that they make an appointment and when i showed up i was met at the door by my salesman Mathew Franckowiak, The cars i was looking at on line were already pulled up for my inspection.
