Bailey Elliot assisted me as my car’s heat core needed

Bailey Elliot assisted me as my car’s heat core needed replacing. Once Bailey was assigned as my service advisor, he was communicative and made sure I understood everything regarding my car until I got my car back. There was some communication problems before he was assigned my advisor, but from that point on, all was well. The service team attempted all other options to fix my heat before deciding a new heat core had to be put in, as that is the most expensive and time consuming option! I appreciate that the team was willing to to put in the efforts for my 2018 Honda Odyssey (luckily in Jan since it’s rather cold outside!).
