I really enjoyed speaking to the specialist.

I really enjoyed speaking to the specialist. Usually service shops brush you off at Nu Car the gentleman I spoke to actually listened to what I was telling him. I love the video of the inspection they sent me too.. A plus rating in my book. Oh and the repair was actually repaired correctly!! Thank you Nu Car service center!!

Mitchell was great.

Mitchell was great. Got my car back to me by the afternoon and Im so glad that Paul is still doing the shuttle. It works great for me !

Got a new Sticker with no problems.

Got a new Sticker with no problems. The people in the service department were all very nice. I do have problem: I received an email regarding potential service work. The email was addressed "Hello Dow". I have a first name and find this rather rude, especially considering that I have purchased two new vehicles from Nucar! The person whose name was on the email was, Shelby Smith(She did apologize)
