Unhappy Customer

Had my car towed in on a Sunday by Tuesday of that week it had not even been looked at and Wednesday was a Holiday. On Thursday I called to complain to the Service Manager but got Voicemail and no call back. When I followed up shortly after that call the car was magically done! BTW, I've noticed some spotting on my driveway after they completed the work and I may have to go back because the work should be under warranty. I missed work and had to use personal days because the dealership did not feel the need to communicate with me. Not sure If I would use this shop again unless it is for warranty work.

Buying new car

My sales associate Elliott was great. Took the time and patience to go over everything. Felt really comfortable dealing with him. I would recommend Lannan to everyone.

Highly recommended

Collision Center

I recently had my Jeep Compass in for repair at the collision center. I was referred there by 495 Jeep Chrysler/Dodge of Lowell after I had a minor front end collision. My highest praise for the great service I received from Lannan Collision. They were courteous, and efficient in every way. My vehicle was repaired in record time, and repair was excellent. I observed the repair garage was very clean and all looked prestine. They offerred rides to and from the repair shop and all in all I was very impressed. The person I dealt with was Ashley Boisvert and she was excellent. Thank you Lannan for a great experience! 1

Great Service

I have used Lannan for their body shop and service and they were professional and friendly. So much so that I went after Christmas and purchased and new Equinox. The salesman was very friendly and helpful, I can't say enough about all areas of the dealership.

Oil change

Efficient and professional staff. Service time was a little long but the waiting area is comfortable with coffee and restrooms available. Spent some time looking at other models in the showroom in preparation for choosing my next car.

Go big or go home if you want a plow truck go to Blaine at Lannan in Lowell and he will hook you up for sure
