Easy experience!

We had a great experience leasing a new Equinox with Steve. We had some issues with our old lease and needed to get the car repaired before turning it in. Steve set us up with the collision specialist and we were able to trade in and get our new car that week! Not to mention we were in and out with a new contract within a couple hours. Would highly recommend!

Quick, efficient service

I scheduled routine maintenance online a couple of days before I wanted to have it performed. When i arrived at Lannan I was immediately met by a friendly service adviser who quickly brought my appointment up on her computer screen and, after asking me if I needed any additional items checked while the vehicle was there, She printed out the paperwork and told me the car would be ready in about an hour. Right on time she came into the waiting area and advised me the car was ready. Cashing out I was able to use some Chevy points to pay for part of the service so I was very happy about that. The cashier was very helpful guiding me through the prompts on the app to obtain a certificate. All in all a very friendly and efficient operation..

Great experience

When you enter a dealership you are expecting pushy sales associates. I did not experience this at Lannan. I felt very comfortable and not pressured into any of my decisions. Jeremy was courteous and very helpful.

Amazing Customer Service!

I have worked with Lannan Chevrolet of Lowell to both lease and finance a car and my most recent experience was nothing but exceptional. I did my research, visited the dealership, test-drove a Chevrolet Cruze Sedan, and signed the papers. The next day, however, I was having second thoughts about the model I bought. Knowing that the Cruze comes in a hatchback version as well and that one was available at a different Lannan location, I reached out on a whim to see if it would be possible to secure that one instead. It took some time and a bit of extra paperwork, but eventually they were able to secure it for me. I was kept informed though every step of the process, and they really went out of their way to make sure I was a satisfied customer. When I came to sign the papers for the hatchback, they even included all the warranties and extra features I had selected for the sedan, so the signing process was seamless. I had a wonderful experience with this dealership and would highly recommend.

Very good and pleasant

My visit was quick and well organized. Everyone was friendly and willing to help. I would recommend the service center to anyone. Coffee was good and hot.

Solid Dealership

I recently bought a slightly used Equinox from Lannan in Lowell. My salesperson (Jeremy Gleaton) was responsive, courteous, friendly and helpful. Joe Baker, who handled the extended warranties, was also very fast and responsive to my questions about the various extended options. They would not budge on the price, which I found a little disappointing - but I do think I paid a fair price. Everyone at the dealership (with the exception of the receptionist) was very friendly and helpful.

Stress free

Very helpful staff. Listened to my problem and knew exactly what it was and then set up an appointment to fix it. Don't change anything. The shuttle service is a dynamite perk.

Excellent Experience

We came to Lannan to look at the 2019 Traverse. We were met right away by Lucas Raynor and Anthony Scenna. They made you feel welcome right away and really spent a lot of time showing us the features during the test drive without any pressure. They worked very hard in locating the right vehicle for us that was not on their lot and we ended up buying it. The whole experience was smooth, professional and easy. They went the extra mile in in every aspect from the purchase to the delivery. Highly recommend you stop by Lannan if your in the market to test drive or buy a vehicle.
