I only go here because I bought my truck here.
This was only for a recall. Past experiences have been terrible. One time a technician left his breakfast in my truck when I first bought it. When I first bought my truck I had to go back 4 times to get my spare key. this dealership is terrible and I tell people to avoid at all costs

Awesome service
I have had my car there twice and service has been fantastic. They return calls immediately and follow up before doing the work. My car comes back in great condition. Highly recommend.

Lannan October 2019
Routine maintenance appointment for oil filter etc. Received letter about recall but forgot to bring actual paper to appointment. Service manager said “there is no recall on this vehicle.” This is bad as now have to return another appointment with actual letter.

Oustanding Service Experience
I brought my 2018 Tahoe in for a problem with the climate control system. I have to say that I was treated incredibly well by Mark and Jack Adams. They are real professionals and my issue was tended to and the vehicle was returned to me promptly. These two men are real assets to Chevrolet of Lowell.

Friendly service
I walked in the dealership and got a friendly and warm welcome, Jeremy introduced himself and took me for a test drive of the vehicle i wanted. He answered all the questions i have and we had a pleasant conversation during the drive. when it came down to the the the finance part they worked with me and in the end we came to a great deal and now i own a Certified 2016 Chevy Silverado.

Charged $600 for repairs not related to my service request or authorized. Unable to find a manager willing to speak with me or answer my questions directly regarding the situation.

Great dealership with great service department
I could not be more happy with my purchase of a used Chevy Cruze. I purchased in July and just went in for my first oil change and tire rotation. Fantastic customer service exceeds my expectations. I would highly recommend buying a Chevy as the Lannan family dealership treats their customers like family.
